Basically, it is a foam cushion that has a circular whole cut out. Next, it is covered with a faux leather cover that is water resistant to protect the foam. The design is perfect for all average men. It is about 14 inches in height which lands the hole in the cushion right at the sweet spot for pinpoint pounding.
