Absolutely Devine
Keep your toys stowed away in the Devine Croco. This beautiful storage box is small, but can hold a lot of stuff if you arrange them right. It comes with a lock and two keys for extra privacy, and your peace of mind.Published: September 25, 2011
Pros:
Cute, Holds a lot, Can be locked
Cons:
Comes with cheap lock
This is a really good storage box to get if you want to keep things locked up. The lock is rather cheap, and probably can be picked with a pin or paperclip, but you can always get a more sturdy lock from a hardware store. If you have a large collection, this box won’t be able to hold them all, but it’ll keep your favorites in reach. Mine can actually fit under my bed, but it can be placed on a nightstand without looking out of place, or you can tuck it away if you want.
It came packaged wrapped in a plastic bag. Inside the box is the lock and keys, wrapped in tissue paper. You get two keys, so you can give one to your significant other, or keep it hidden away. You don’t need to lock the box. The little clasp the lock goes through can just fold down, and it will hold the lid shut. There is a little ribbon on one side to keep the lid from falling back when it is open. Mine snapped off, so I just cut the other end, and it hasn’t effected the storage box in any way. No instructions were included, but it’s pretty straight forward. There was a tag attached to the ribbon, but it just gives the company’s website.
This box measures in at 9 ½” in length, with a width and hight of 5”. The exterior is made of faux leather, and the interior is satin. The company’s logo is stamped on one side, but it isn’t very noticeable. The top part, including the flap and back side, is a red crocodile print, and the rest of the box is black. It probably will catch attention, but you can always say it’s just for odds and ends.
So, what do I have in here?
1. Heart Racer;
2. Clit Exciter;
3. Scoop;
4. Frigga;
5. Slim Smooth Delight;
6. Black Magic Bullet;
7. Incognito Lipstick Vibe;
8. Power Play 7 Function Slim Line bullet;
9. One ounce System Jo H2O;
10. Eden Toy Wipes;
11. Amethyst;
12. Crystal Rose Curve wand;
13. Pink Passion wand;
14. Little box for AAA batteries.
There’s still enough room for another glass dildo, or a small vibrator. I keep the Frigga in a little drawstring pouch, as well as the glass dildos, so remember that storing multiple items together requires protection to keep them from bonding and sticking to each other. If lube or massage oils spill, just take a damp washcloth with a bit of soap and wipe it down thoroughly.

Experience
I’ll just be using this for most of my AAA toys, and find somewhere else for my dildos since that collection is growing fast. I just wanted to give you a good idea of how much this little box can hold. I think if you have nosey roommates, or don’t want children or other people going through your sexy stuff, then definitely pick this up.

This is such a handy box. If you can never remember combinations, but still want something that locks, this is absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier with mine.

Silver croco toy box?
-
I feel like I've been waiting forever for this to come in stock. Has anyone got one? I'm thinking maybe it came into stock and they all got snapped up before I even noticed? For some reason the alerts aren't allowing me to set one for re-stock. My heart is full of sadness, for my butt plugs are without a silver crocodile skin patterned box to hide in :(

I'd submit a support ticket and see if they can give you an idea about whether or not it'll be coming back in stock anytime soon. Support tickets are always a good idea when you're wondering about, well, pretty much anything that a staff member could answer. In the meantime, I suppose you could always just get the black and red version?

I'm asking members if anyone actually got one. If they were stocked at one point, I assume they'll be restocked and I'll wait. DevineToys are usually really on top of re-stocking for items that are being carried.
I have almost all of the Devine Toy Boxes except that red and black, though, I think it's very ugly! (To me it is; taste is a subjective thing, obviously.)

general question about the toy box
-
The question I have and I understand that the box both locks and comes with a lock. I have a family full of busy bodies (snoops), they just drop on bye, Is there anyway to see what is in the box when its closed and locked? I did read the info and the reviews and I could not see where that was mentioned that it was snoop proof if locked.

If you have some real snoops, I'd get a stronger box (a real lock box).

Thank you for viewing Devine toy box croco – storage container review page!

I have the lace box, and I use it for my favorites as well. I agree that the lock isn't all that great. I mention this in my review, but I was able to slide the outer housing of my lock upward and expose the inner locking mechanism. After that, all it did was touch the mechanism with a pen tip and the lock popped open. So much for being secure. I don't even use my lock. Great review.
Thanks for the review.
Sounds like this little box can hold quite a lot.
Cool!
thats a lot of stuff, i underestimated this box
Thanks for the review!
I keep looking at one of these
