What an amazing, ingenious cushion this is. From the moment I got it I was thrilled. I can't tell you how ready I was to break it out and use it right away. This is a perfect cushion for any position you can think of. Personally I do a lot of doggy and missionary positions, and I cannot tell you how much this has saved my back, knees, and elbows. This cushion really is for those who want to try any position. I have tried a couple new positions with this cushion. One thing my partner has had trouble doing is anal with me.
