Devine playchest - sex toy storage by DevineToys / AfterCare - review by J's Alley

So a while ago I got the Divine Playchest because I needed some real storage for my toy collection. Seriously...I had all my toys in a drawer and it was full. Absolutely ridiculous. So the Divine Playchest is a large...really, it is about 15 x 8 inches in size and approximately 10 inches tall (that is inches deep with a 4 inch dome over the top). That may not seem all that big, but this thing can hold a lot of shit, but I will get to that part in a moment. Let me tell you why this is a practical piece.

The Divine Playchest has a pocket on either side of the inner top portion of the case, these are ideal for toys you may want to keep separate for one reason or another. I have my bullets all together in one as well as my glass plug in the other to keep it from colliding with any other toys. There is a removable center divider with some elastic toy straps for holding up lube or whatever. I do like this for travel because it keeps me from having lube mishaps all over all my toys. Although, just to be safe I keep silicone lube on one side and silicone toys on the other to avoid Murphy's Law. You know, since silicone and silicone don't play well. On that same side there is a small mesh pocket; I use the pocket for my small bottle of clitoral stimulation gel. The separator that this pocket sits on is completely adjustable. It attaches to the side walls of the chest with velcro and can be moved to allow more room on either side (mine sits diagonally).

The outer material of the Playchest is made up of a vinyl that can be easily cleaned by wiping it down with damp cloth. The chest comes in two colors...black with pink piping (the one I have) or pink with black piping. I would have liked a black and gray or a gray and white version, but that's just me. The keys come connected to the handle with one of those ball chains and they are covered with a vinyl key cover. I put one away and left the other on the chain. The lock is a simple turn style lock...the key has two prongs that are inserted to open it. The push button latch does stick a little bit, but nothing to cry about. To open the case just open the top (train case style) and everything is right at your hand. The faux leather strap slips underneath the two handles and secures to close the chest. This can totally be taken on a trip with you easily. I could possibly fit 30 or more sex toys in here if I really tried. Hell, I may have that many items in there and I just don't realize it.

The interior is a satin (I think) and is stitched in very well. I use this case all the time and have yet to have a tear or anything pop up. No spills, no rips, no nothing. Nada. This has to be one of the most well made pieces I have ever had the pleasure of owning, and I plan to keep mine for a very very long time. If you have a larger collection this would offer you plenty off storage out of everyday sight. Mine is small enough to fit into the back corner of my closet.
