Discreet + Effective + Inexpensive = WIN!

The Love Pillow has been an incredibly surprising purchase, while at first I thought I'd only like it as a bath pillow (after being inspired by Carrie Ann's review to use it as such) I found that it actually works awesomely as a sex position pillow and it has yet to make it to my bath tub.
It is an inflatable pillow, which has it's ups and downs. The upside is that it's easy to store and it's super travel friendly, but on the downside it also means that it can lose air over time and it doesn't give an entirely sturdy base to lie down upon. Luckily for me the pros far outweigh the cons. The pillow is easy to inflate, with two separate nozzles. Each side only takes a few minutes, and the plugs stay in place well. After a few uses it does tend to lose a little air and I need to touch up the inflation.
Each inflation chamber is broken down into two segments, making a total of four. This allows you to bend and flex the pillow as needed, leading to many possible positions. Covered with a velvety soft material, it feels wonderful on the skin. The top of the pillow is larger than the bottom, which is also wonderful for giving just enough pillow in just the right areas, and not a lot of excess where you don't need nor want it. The top even has a nice ergonomic curve, which works perfectly to allow easy access to the body.
The pillow being inflatable means that it will kind of give you the feel of being on a raft or air mattress. It felt a little like being on a water bed too, but it wasn't so bad that I felt uneasy on it. Once you get yourself positioned it actually allows you to move with your partner and not be completely stationary. The awkward part is getting on the pillow in the first place!
It comes with a booklet that shows full color photos of many positions that you can use this pillow for, and also a little pouch with two patches to repair the pillow if needed. If you need to wash the pillow it's easy to spot clean with some soap and water.

Experience
The way we use it most is to have the larger side under my hips with the thinner side along my back. The curved bottom allows me to fully support myself with the pillow along my hips but not have pillow underneath me fully. The downside to a pillow such as the liberator wedge is that I need to have myself hanging off the edge or when my husband thrusts against me he's actually thrusting into pillow. This gets to be a lot of pressure on my tail bone, and it's not entirely comfortable. The Love Pillow however, offers me the support I need on the hips while still leaving me fully available to my husband. The Liberator Wedge does make for easier G-spot access though, the higher elevation with it really helps, and the Love Pillow is a more mild angle, which does give some stimulation to the G-spot, it's just not quite as precise.
The curve also makes it awesome for oral sex, for quite the same reasons. The curve means that I am elevated and my husband has easier access to the entire area and once again, no pressure on the tail bone and I feel fully supported on each hip. I prefer this over the Liberator Wedge for oral because the angle is more comfortable to me, and it doesn't have me feeling as if I am laying in a completely downward angle. All I need is a single pillow under my head and I am rather leveled out. It's not just nice for a woman to lay on during oral sex, it's also nice for men since it's not too large of an angle.
For cowgirl or reverse cowgirl positions it's wonderful to put under my husband's back and hips which allows me to get into a better "grip" on things so to speak, and allows me to be able to rock back and forth easier and takes pressure off my knees and hips.
There are many other ways to use the pillow, including rolling it up and putting it under the man's knees while the woman is on top, which gives yet another angle and makes it easier for the man to thrust his hips from below, It also can be rolled up and held to the woman's stomach during doggy style sex, or laid flat under the woman for a lower to the bed doggy style. Basically this is just a pillow, it can lay flat, it can be rolled up, whatever you want to do with it in those ways you can. Even if you don't have a partner, the Love Pillow is still extremely effective at propping up the hips for easier access for toys. The possibilities are really only limited by imagination.

Is it worth the money for the quality or am I better off saving for a liberator wedge?

Read the reviews. If the reasons against it are ok with you, I don't see why you shouldn't buy it. One advantage of the inflatable would be you wouldn't really need to find room for it.

Well the wedge just has that hard edge to it, there are more rounded shapes that I think would be more comfortable, but with the hard edge and the high angle it puts a lot of pressure on the tail bone and it makes me feel like I am upside down a bit.
