This is a great little box for storage uses. It's intended purpose is to hold a couple sex toys, maybe some lube, and possibly a set of handcuffs. I have a huge metal trunk for all my sex toys though. I just bought this for storing other random things, like my pipes for, er...tobacco.

One great perk of this box is the fact that it locks. The front has a metal clasp that closes over a metal bit with a hole in the middle. You just sick a small padlock through the hole, and it's locked. The box does come with a small lock, and two keys. You can use your own lock though, if you have a special one. One of the keys goes into my bedside table, and the other one is on my key ring. They're very innocent looking keys that could be for a diary or a small lock-box. Nothing about them says "sex toys".

The box is pretty discreet as well. It's made of black faux leather. The faux leather is very pleasing to the eyes, and has a nice smooth, soft feeling. The very top of the box has a pink satin strip going down the middle. It has silky loops going down the sides, and a silky piece of ribbon that's threaded over the satin in a corset pattern. The ribbon just ties in the front. It can be untied and removed. The box doesn't really look like something that says "I carry sex toys", so you can leave this out anywhere. I just keep it on my bookshelf. I don't worry about anyone knowing what's in it or anything. The fact that it locks also helps.

The box isn't huge, but it's spacious enough for a couple sex toys. It's 9 1/2" long, and 5" wide, and 5" deep. I'd say there's enough room for a fairly large dildo/vibrator, a bottle of lube, handcuffs, and probably a bullet or two. To open the lid, you just have to pull up the part of the box that goes around the locking area. Then you just lift it up. When you open the lid, there's a ribbon on the side that attaches to the top of the lid. This prevents the lid from falling all the way back. I honestly think I'm probably just going to cut it off. I'd like to be able to just throw the lid back.

The inside of the box is soft and smooth. You could keep a glass toy in here and not have to worry about it being all scratched up or anything.

All in all, I'd say this is a great storage box. It's a little pricey, but I definitely think it's worth it.

I still really love this box. I've considered cutting the ribbon that attaches the top of the box to the box, just because if I have it on any kind of slope it keeps closing.
Otherwise this is still in fantastic condition, and I'm very happy I bought it!
