How I wish a Pump was included!!
Although it is quite versatile, for the price it should come with it's own pump. The fact that it is difficult to keep clean is a problem and the lint attraction is annoying. There is no way I would inflate/deflate this on a regular basis...takes too much time and energy.Published: July 19, 2010

Experience
I love the versatility of the Tiltmaster but it was a real pain to inflate! The description recommends an air pump but how many of us have that on hand. Although I love the way that it feels, the velvet-like cover picks up lint rather easily. I have yet to figure out an easy way to keep it lint-free. Once inflated, it holds the air fairly well and is actually rather comfortable to use; although, it has a bit of a "bounce" which might be an issue for some people in certain situations. I love the rubber coated handles on the sides!

The pump...or lack of it is what is killing this product for me! It has a lot of potential but I can't get past the lack of the pump!

What I want to know from anyone who has actually used this position pillow "inflatable tilt master" by Pipedream is what are some of the positions you can you use this for? all they show on the box is someone sitting on it, but can you turn it over and use it for doggy style? and is it sturdy enough for a woman to ride her man cowgirl style while he is sitting on it?

It is really quite comfortable and on the side of the actual box they show a variety of other positions. It is sturdy but as it is inflated by air, you can "roll off" if you are not careful.

How did you guys end up using this? It seems like it would definitely tilt back uncomfortable during use? Did that happen? I do agree though - those things need to come with hand pumps. I know Pipedream sells one individually, but I recently messed with a bondage chair and that was a pain to blow up.
I'd be curious too, to know how it was used and how it performed.
Mistress Kay - to answer your question I turned it over and used it that way and it worked quite well. It also works well as a support for my head and is actually quite comfortable.
Alicia - Same answer...I think it works best as a prone support ie: on your stomach and as a support for your head during oral sex with your partner. After having around the past few weeks my main issue is still how to keep it clean and lint free. I find it to be quite stable when used on the floor.
I agree it really needs a pump, and even having the hand pump made it difficult. I would suggest an electric pump.
