The Sensuous Bath Towel from Close 2 You is a wonderful bargain if you go with the buy one/get one free promotion that is going on at Edens right now. For $9.99, you get two nice towels. They are larger than normal bath towels, measuring 52"long and 29'wide. The towel will more than cover you after a shower, day at the pool or beach and any other water-soaked moments you may have. If you are like me, you tend to have more than your share of them.

The towel is solid white with a glossy, plum purple Close 2 You logo that is stitched on one end of the towel. The logo is about 3" tall and 7" long, and runs perpendicular about 5" up from the bottom edge of the towel. It is a reasonably discreet logo, if someone knows what it is, then they have been purchasing adult items as well. I told my mother in law that they came with a spa style bath set.

They are made from 100% cotton and I did not notice any shrinkage when I washed them after the first or the second time. I did notice, however, that there was a bit of a lint build up in the dryer vent after the first wash. I have not had any left on me after using these, so I would say the first dry got all of the spare materials. I do recommend washing these prior to using them.

These bath towels are a bit thinner than my normal towels, but are much softer. I bought my regular towels at WalMart, so you can guess at the quality. One thing I did do, was soak them overnight in a solution of 12 cups apple cider vinegar to 1 gallon of water prior to washing them. This removes the starch or whatever chemical they use on the cheap towels to make them less absorbent. I do notice a very slight lack of absorbency, but the towel I soaked definitely works better than the one I just washed regularly. I have done the soak since then and have two good towels.

These are not amazing, thick, plush towels. They are great everyday towels that you are not afraid to use. They do have amazing quality along the edges. there is a soft, 3/4" cotton edging sewn along the short ends and the long ends have a 1/4" plain cotton weave border that is folded over and sewn. The seams are straight and very well done. These look like good quality towels and I really like ours. Mu husband is very happy with the performance as well.

I really like these towels, they are soft and thin which is great for our linen cabinet. There is not a lot of room in it for storage. There has been a good increase in amount of water these soak up, I think it is due to me removing the sizing/starch that these are coated with from the manufacturer. The loops are soft and not unraveling and the edging is a very good quality. I am going to make a full set using these towels and if anyone asks about the logo, just claim it is a new brand or that it came with my bath sets.
