Wanachi maxi attachments - sleeve kit discontinued by Pipedream - review by Crash

This attachment kit is best suited for beginners who already own a Maxi Wanachi or Multi Wanachi vibrator, or are planning on buying one, because this is an inexpensive way to try a variety of different kinds of toys, alone or with a partner. It performs best as an introduction. More expensive, higher quality toys perform better, and a bad experience with this kit should not scare you away from G/P spot vibrators, male masturbators, or textured clitoral stimulators. This toy could help you find a new type of toy to purchase, but it won't take the place of a high quality toy dedicated to its intended purpose.

The use of the attachments is straightforward: Apply a small amount of lube on the inside of the attachment so that it slides on and off more easily, and depending on which attachment you've used the vibrator will become a G/P spot stimulator, male masturbator, or textured clitoral stimulator.

The clitoral stimulator seems a little redundant, adding a clitoral stimulator attachment to a clitoral stimulator; however, it has two different textures and it is made of a different material, so it has relevant differences from the original silicone head of the vibrator.

The attachments initially had a plastic smell; but, after their first washing, the smell was less strong. It may eventually be completely gone. The material is smooth, fairly hard, and inflexible; but, with some effort, the G/P spot attachment can be bent near its base. There a few small (less than 1/2 inch) imperfections on the surface of my set of attachments that were rough and uncomfortable, but could be removed with a little work.

The textures of the G/P spot probe and masturbator were smooth and did not add any extra stimulation. The clit stimulator was bumpy/ridged on both sides of the attachment, and I would recommend it for beginners.

The design of these attachments seemed to be geared toward beginners. The G/P spot attachment is a size suitable for some beginners, and it has a shape and texture that is simple and not stimulating in itself. It could also be used as a plug. It has a roughly 1.5 inch diameter and 4.5 inch insertable length, and it does not taper like a plug, so it may be best for more advanced users of plugs.

The male masturbator attachment was large and inflexible, which are generally bad qualities for male masturbators. It is made of hard vinyl and would not stretch to fit men of any size larger than the masturbator, which measures 1 5/8 inches in internal diameter. Not only is it large, but the edges of the masturbator are not rounded at all, so they feel sharp; so, stroking with the masturbator would be painful. Also--not shown in the pictures--the masturbator has 1 and 1/2 inches of depth that I was not expecting. I thought it was going to be more like a cock-ring.

However, my Beauty Sleeve fit inside the masturbator attachment, and it could be used in combination with the vibrator and masturbator attachment. Sleeves made of soft material and a thickness of 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch would probably work with the masturbator attachment, depending on the size of the user. Without a sleeve, this attachment will probably not work for you or your partner.

The clitoral stimulator has ridged (some might call it bumpy or wavy) textured surfaces. It is also made of vinyl, which is different from the silicone of the vibrator's head, giving it a different feel and requiring less lube.

These toys are not very discreet, and they are not particularly easy to hide, but they are easier to hide than four different vibrators with the same functions as the vibrator and its attachments.

To attach a head, a small amount of lube is needed to slide on the head and later to remove it. It would be easy to damage or break the toy if lube was not used to slide it on the head because each attachment is such a tight fit. The heads transmit the vibrations of the toy very well, and did not make much difference in the noise level of the toy.

These attachments are made of vinyl, which has one of the lowest safety ratings (2) on Edenfantasys. It is somewhat porous, so it is recommended that you use a condom with these attachments. They can be washed with soap or toy cleaner and water, using a washcloth or soft bristle brush. Vinyl is compatible with silicone and water-based lubes. Since vinyl has a hard, smooth surface, it will be easy to clean before use, and dust and debris will not stick to it like softer materials. Still, I store these in a bag of their own.

An issue may arise with cleaning and maintaining these attachments if something were to get into the hollow ends of the heads. It's unlikely that anything would, but it would be almost impossible to get everything out with just soap and water.

These attachments came in a larger box than I expected, and they probably could have been packaged in something smaller. The attachments themselves came in an open-topped plastic bag. On the outside of the box, there were pictures of the attachments, but they were not actual size. There were no sizes on the outside of the box either. The only instructions that came with the attachments, and the only ones needed, were on the outside of the box. They provide care and assembly instructions, but there was no material safety information (Vinyl).
