The inflatable love pillow is rather useful. Sure you can use it for its intended purposes, or you can use it as nice lumbar support. Your call. It comes with a handy-dandy booklet offering suggestions of position it would enhance. Like many people, I rarely read manuals; however, instructions for a sex toy are usually all sorts of fun, so I thought I would give it a shot.
