Keep me dry when I cream? Yes YES YES!
I like this throe and think that it is useful. I do not like the price; I feel that it is way overpriced when you can invest in rubber sheets or toss a towel or two on the bed. I love the feel of the fabrics on my skin and the color is fun.Published: July 20, 2011

What can I say about the Liberator shag throe that has not already been said? Yes, it is a great bedding protector. Yes, it is super expensive and possibly not worth the price, but if you love sleeping in a dry bed then yes, you should own it. The blanket is purple but they have other options. It is satin on one side and plush on the other. The Liberator shag throe is 71 inches in length, 54 inches wide and weighs about 3 lbs. This does not cover my king size bed entirely. It does however cover most of it.
It is machine washable with like colors or alone, and you can dry it on low. I washed mine and removed it and it had a bit of water in the blanket still so I had to re-spin cycle it. After drying it is so soft and silky. The satin is very slippery and you slide all over with it. The shag is so comfy to lie on. The water just bubbles on it. It will eventually soak it up and even soak through depending upon the amount of liquid and how long you leave it on there.
This does save you from doing the sheets after every messy sex session which in turn saves you money on water, electricity, laundry soap, and gas possibly to the laundry mat. I like this product but I think that it is overpriced. If I did not get it as a buyout I would have never paid that much for it. It comes in a clear bag that you can store it in. This would make a nice gift for someone. You can even use it outside and it washes up nicely afterwards. I also like to lay this on the floor in the living room and use it as a blanket for watching TV.

Experience
The thore has helping with the female ejaculation cleaning. I don't have to strip the sheets just pick up the throe and toss it in the wash. It is that easy. I did not use fabric softner with it I was afraid that it might affect it's absorbency.

I definitely soaked through one of these just now. Like, through to the carpet I had it spread out on. :( Thankfully it wasn't too bad and should dry soon, but... isn't that supposed to be impossible? I mean, I was gushing like crazy, but still!
Has anyone else had this happen? I've had this blanket for a few months and this never happened before (at least not that I realized). Dang it, I hope it's not damaged... -

I can't comment on if its ever happened, beings I don't own one (yet lol), but good luck next time!

I've heard of the waterproof layer wearing out (after more than a year, though--might have been a few years? Can't remember where I read it). In any case, these blankets don't last forever, I don't believe.
A few months seems awfully quick, though. Wish I had a suggestion for you!

Why no light colours for the Liberator throe?

After reading all the positive reviews, I'd love to try the throe, but none of the colours available would work for me. I don't want animal prints or dark colours. Why aren't there any light colours? White or beige would work for many people, and not be as blatantly sex related as red and purple.

Thanks for the review. You said that liquid eventually soaks through depending on how long you leave it there? How long would it take. Would it keep the bed dry through a couple hours, or do you have to get up and put it in the wash right away?
