Name brand, Convenient, Pricey

Overall I appreciate EF giving me the option of including batteries in my orders, but I have come to realize that for standard sizes, it is much cheaper to pick them up in a store.

When I first started reviewing, I thought to myself "who needs to write a review about batteries?". I mean they are batteries, right? Nothing special about that. Well that is partially true, but I realized some things from ordering them that I wish I had thought about.

Then I started thinking about how many times I have bought batteries from EF without thinking about it. I admit that I am lazy, and I like receiving the exact batteries I need for my orders with my orders. EF is great about reminding you to purchase the right kinds of batteries for toys that don't include them. With my first purchases, it was important to have batteries because I didn't have any kind of stockpile of batteries for my toys. We were lucky if we had a second set of batteries in the house for when a remote died. As time has gone one I have realized that I have plenty of batteries now and I started really thinking about it.

At first, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the batteries I receive with my orders from EF are always name brand batteries. They are packaged without the name brand packaging, but the side of the batteries tell all. So I am receiving a quality product, but I have realized that I am paying for it. In fact, I am paying a lot for it. The batteries from EF are expensive compared to my options at a store. I can purchase a huge package of batteries for about the cost of two packages of four from a big box store right down the street from my house.

I will probably stick to only ordering specialty sizes of batteries from EF from here on out instead of all of the batteries that my toys require.
Follow-up commentary
I have been pleased with the batteries I received from Eden. They have all lasted me a very long time for how often I use my toy which is about 3-5 times a week.
