The Liberator heart wedge is useful in a few positions: oral sex, doggy style or rear entry, and man-on-top missionary. I can definitely feel a difference in the positions I have tried with the wedge versus those positions without the wedge, however they aren't necessarily the greatest for me. In the doggy-style position, the wedge angles me up too high for my partner to comfortably reach me. In missionary, my g-spot feels terribly over stimulated. I think using additional bed pillows underneath your body can help position you properly since this isn't going to be one-size-fits-all. If it makes any difference, my partner and I are approximately the same height.

I still like this as a position piece, though I think mainly because I haven't tried any others yet. It's not very functional for me since I can only use a few ways. If I lay on my back with my hips and butt up on the wedge, I do experience a bit too much g-spot stimulation, which then makes me feel a bit ill. I think if I were able to adjust how much lift the wedge provides I would be able to fix that.

Our new kitten enjoys using the wedge as a ramp up onto the bed. She's really small so she has a hard time climbing up the side of the bed. Her claws haven't wrecked the material or anything.
