Simple pillow, amazing results.
This is a must have for anyone. Gives you the support that a regular pillow cannot achieve. Not bulky and doesn't get in the way. Perfect for those with lower back pain. A+!Published: March 15, 2010
Pros:
Easy to use. Adjustable. Elevates you to a perfect height. Takes the strain off of muscles.
Cons:
Slight staining on sheets if it is not completely dry from a washing. Put it in a pillow case.

It's been 2 months and I am still using this pillow at least 3 times a week and it has held up without any problems.
It still stays inflated with no leaks and I have not had to patch it.
I would still recommend it to anyone of any age. Post sex back problems are a thing of the past.
I would go so far as to say this is my favorite "sex toy" in my trunk.

Is it worth the money for the quality or am I better off saving for a liberator wedge?

Read the reviews. If the reasons against it are ok with you, I don't see why you shouldn't buy it. One advantage of the inflatable would be you wouldn't really need to find room for it.

I wonder how it compares to foam wedge products, any experience with those?
I have not tried the foam wedges so I cannot give an accurate comparison. Maybe in the future I will upgrade to foam.
