Fetish Fantasy Series Spread 'em bar and cuff set - sex toy by Pipedream - review by Penguin

The Fetish Fantasy Series from Pipedream has a pretty cool spreader kit called the Spread 'em Bar and Cuff Set. My partner and I don't dabble in BDSM or bondage all that much but on occasion we do enjoy it. My girl has wanted to try a spreader kit but hasn't because of high prices. I couldn't pass this up. I actually discovered that I like being tied up more than I thought.

I recommend this kit to any couple looking to try unique bondage. The kit includes many different pieces. It has a long and short spreader bar, ankle cuffs, and wrist cuffs, a collar, and a blind fold. A lot of the pieces can be detached and attached to other pieces so this kit really can be used for a lot of different things. It has Velcro cuffs so while it looks hardcore, it isn't really. It is safe and easy to use.

The bars are made of a sturdy light weight metal. They are 3/4" wide and are open at each end. The long one is 24" and the short one is 10". They have rubber caps at the end that prevent some noise. There is a chain that goes through the entire bar end to end. Small metal o-rings attached to the ends of the chain keep it from falling in. At first I didn't understand the point of this, but I like to figure out how things work. I believe it is so that the pieces can rotate 360 degrees for comfort which is a nice feature. Then there are rings attached to the bars. These can also be used to attach the cuff or collar. There is one in the center of the short bar and two on the large bar. The one that is in the center of the shorter bar has a non-removable nylon strap attached to it. It can be adjusted for length. At the end of it, is hook that can attach to other pieces. Are you starting to see how many ways this can be configured?

The cuffs are made of thin foam neoprene, nylon, and Velcro. They are 2 1/4" wide and can fit a huge range of wrists. We actually had a harder time fitting them on my girlfriend because to fit smaller wrists you have a lot of extra Velcro flapping. All of the pieces are very comfortable though. We didn't have any complaints. The blind fold is a joke. It is thin, scratchy, and not effective. Throw it out.

My partner and I had so much fun using this and it was incredibly hot. She found my EdenFantasys package and instead of me surprising her with it, she surprised me! She put the cuffs around my ankles that were attached to the long spreader bar. I have to have my legs straight when I orgasm (if I'm sitting) and because I was sitting in a chair, she could then use the bar to control how straight my legs were my holding it forward or back. She teased me until I wanted to escape and then I put both the ankle, wrist, and collar on her and had my way by placing her on our Liberator. It was an awesome product to use and we have only used it twice so far. There are a lot of possibilities. You could even do a hog tie or use the kit just with the cuffs and not the bars. You can attach all the cuffs to one bar so that your partner is pretty much unable to move at all and has to bend over which is a lovely site for any guy. However you play, this kit is a lot of fun.

The packaging is very good. It comes in a black bag that zips up and actually come with a small lock. It's like those that come with luggage and are easy to pick but it is still handy. There is a piece of cardboard that is around the entire thing when you first get it that has a model showing a few ways to use it and some info but it can be thrown out.

There really isn't any. Just wipe down if it gets dirty.
