If I were to do it over again, I would not waste the money on the Inflatable Love Pillow. The pillow is easy to use. There are two chambers which you inflate with air. Once inflated, simply slide it under your hips to add slight elevation which allows for deeper penetration when your man is on top. The two chambers allow for flexibility, so the pillow can be easily folded over for added support in doggie-style position. There is a booklet included which gives ideas for different positions, plus with your imagination the possibilities could be endless.

While the Inflatable Love Pillow is easy to use, it does have a few flaws. Once inflated, the edges are sharp which could easily pierce the skin much like a paper cut. The Love Pillow is shaped like a trapezoid, where one side is larger than the other. The description states the pillow is 21" wide. This width would be on the larger side, so for those with full hips like mine it can be awkward to get the pillow aligned so that it provides even support. Also, always ensure that the valves are fully depressed and are not located on the side you are lying on so that you do not get poked or scratched the wrong way. The pillow is covered in a soft velvety type of material which makes it slightly more comfortable to use. Since it is inflatable, it does allow for easy storage. Simply deflate, fold and store. Also, cleaning is a cinch with a damp cloth and mild soap; simply wipe clean and let dry.

Since the pillow is inflatable, it is disposable. About a month after purchasing the Inflatable Love Pillow, it somehow sprang a leak which permanently deflated it. Due to the short time our pillow lasted, we were not able to fully experiment with various positions other than the basics.
