The wedge. We still call it the "thingy". We also have the ramp now and call it the 'big ass thingy".
I can honestly say we have used it almost every single time we've had sex since getting it.
That's a lot of use.
And it's held up beautifully. It's been washed too many times to count without the black microfiber fading or getting worn. The foam is just as thick and supportive as when it was new.

ummm i'd have to say that i love using my wedge for everything that it can be used for, even as a foot rest, or propping my legs up while on my laptop laying down. i love it for doggie style sex with my gf and i love laying on it myself while she gives me a blow job or two. it's great for many things, no matter the favorite, haha. :)

I wish I had known about Liberator gear back then..... I have a large partner and pillows did not work so I wound up with would and nails and a saw and lots of foam and water proof fabric and duck tape. ( a butch solution to most problems..tools and duck tape) Great review and great option!!! Thank you! (It actually would have cost less to buy than build).
