Lockable sex toy case - storage container by BMS Enterprises - review by Ser Pounce-a-lot

This box is a great way to tidily store a few small to medium sized toys; its inside measurements are about 12" long, 4" wide, and a bit over 3" high. It doesn't have enough room inside to store large sized toys, such as the Hitachi Magic Wand. We have found this storage chest is great for smaller items and due to its compact design and easy portability, it makes for a good kit approach, for storing several related items and makes finding them easier. For example, I am currently storing some bondage slave supplies in ours, items such as rope, a blindfold, a gag, and bondage tape.

The box is quite nice looking; the black plastic panels are a matte finish instead of being shiny which is a nice touch. The plastic seems to make a good combination with the shiny aluminum construction. The external appearance of this box doesn't give any hints to what fun secrets lie inside, so it is most discreet and can be stored anywhere. I wish this came in a larger model. It would be great if this was dimensionally transcendental like the Tardis, having a toybox that is bigger on the inside would come in so handy.

It seems to be solidly constructed, made of an aluminum frame with plastic panels on the exterior. It doesn't feel cheaply made at all, featuring a solid metal handle and locking mechanism. The lock operates on a three digit number, which initially is set to 000 and it comes with instructions to set the combination to anything you choose. The combination is set with three dials on the front. For some reason, the dials seem to have a little bit of play to them, they will sink into the mechanism a little bit when pressed on. On close inspection, I noticed the lock tab seemed to be riveted on slightly crooked, it should be vertical, but it's at a very slight angle. This doesn't seem to cause any sort of problem though.

I have heard a few people mention the lock has jammed and they have been unable to open it. So far, we haven't had any problems and hope we never do. For obvious reasons, make sure you set the combination to something you'll always remember; should you forget your combination, there is no way to reset it and get your goodies out without breaking the lock. The hinges and lock mechanism are riveted to the box, so would be difficult to remove if required.
