Velvet plush kegel kit - vaginal balls discontinued by Icon Brands - review by Sunny Meadows

I was excited over this Kegel Kit. Why because when you have bladder problems and decrease muscle tone along with a decrease in nerve sensation you would do anything to increase your muscles tone. I had the Ben Wa Balls and they helped but they can only go so far.

These you can mix and match to get different weights over a six week period. Just like when you mix up your other work outs you have to mix it up here to. It is great for you to work your vaginal walls. Which in turn helps works those bladder muscles as well. I use this whenever I want. I use them when doing chores or even going out. These stay in better than the Ben WA Balls I had. I get the work out I need and they make you feel great while doing them. I never thought working out was this fun. The Ben WA balls where fun but after a while I got the muscle to hold them in place. So they really didn't hit each other anymore for that good feeling. Plus I couldn't really work them out any more.

Week One- place the lightest Kegel ball only light purple in the single ball harness and wear it for one hour per day for 7 days.

Week Two- Switch to the medium ball, colored medium purple, and repeat...one hour per day for one week.

Week three- Switch to the heaviest ball in the dark purple and repeat.

Week Four- Switch to the two ball harness insert the light and medium balls and repeat.

Week Five- In the two-ball harness insert the light and heavy balls and repeat.

Week Six- Insert the medium and heavy ball in the two ball harness and repeat time frame.

These are very smooth no drag to them at all. No smell to the plastic or to the silicone. The egg on the inside is hard with a stretch soft cover. There are balls that roll and bounce around on the inside that you feel so much more than the simple Ben WA Balls. I think anyone can use this kit because the designed the system for beginners to advanced users.

Silicone has a tight molecular structure and retains heat. Try to soak silicone toy (make sure it's waterproof) in the warm water before using it to get nice warm feeling. Silicone also repels dirt and bacteria and doesn't fall apart with extended friction

The double ball is 4 1/2" long not including the tail 4 1/2" around.

The single ball is 2" long not including the tail 4 1/2" around.

According to the box they weight a total of 6oz. I have nothing to weight these. I like this because it helps keep them in place. I like that the Ben WA Balls are inside bouncing around so you have more pleasure while working out your vaginal walls. The size is good for the average users I think and the weights are geared for the beginners to advanced users.

It is suitable for travel and it is discreet.

This is a six week period work out if you will. I used week one for a day or two. It slides in very easy with no drag. It stayed in place and I could feel the balls rolling around inside somewhat. I believe this is to light for me but I have been doing Kegel exercises for a while now.

Week two or the medium purple weight was easy to move around in the harness. Again easy to put in. I felt this a little more. I want to move forward with this a little faster than one week. Why because this is still a little light for me I think. I like the fact that I have more options in one product. You get your money’s worth when you can use a product in more ways than one.

Can easily be cleaned with antibacterial soap and hot water or by wiping down with isopropyl alcohol.

Silicone

Silicone is smooth and not porous. Silicone can be fully disinfected by boiling it for 3 minutes or by throwing it into the top rack of your dishwasher

The one lube that the two types of materials this is made of have in common is water based. That is what I recommend.

I store this in the box it came.

The kit came in a big brown discreet box with a web merchant label. The Kegel Kit box is a pretty in pink but not discreet with the Kegel balls on the front. I think it the design is great it is no worse than some things you have to buy in the grocery stores. You can wrap this box up nicely for a gift. Everything is recyclable.

You can use this box to store the Kegel balls in. This is a good thing because the instructions are on the side of the box.

I have several health issues that I mentioned. I as a nurse have just done Kegel exercises over the years. I never knew about Ben Wa balls or anything like this kit until I got involved with Eden. I started with Ben WA Balls at first I couldn't keep them in and they would slide around. As time went on my vaginal walls got stronger but once I put them in they just didn't move around much. Then I moved to this kit. I love the fact that there are three eggs of different weights. I have listed for you. The first week or the light purple was to light for me which I have mentioned. I did the first week for 2-3 days. The egg shape makes for easy insertion. The harness helps you get it out. It was smooth and comfortable. I had no problems with this egg at all. With my medical issues I could barely feel the balls rolling around. The week two or the medium purple egg was easy to put in the single harness. I can do my morning chores with this in and I don't have to worry weather my kids are here or not. That is a very big plus. I did well so far with this one I still think this is to light but I am going to give it a day or two. I will be moving to week three soon and once I am done I will post a full report.

I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. It is well made, safe, easy to care for, store.
