Astroglide - lubricant discontinued by BioFilm - review by TristanPaws

My favorite quality of Astroglide is its familiarity and the amount you receive for your money. All too often you pay way too much for way too little, especially when it comes to those ridiculously priced "high end" lubricants. Hey, we're all going for the same thing right? Why not save that extra lube money and buy a bottle of reliable astroglide, use that extra cash for something else to spice up your night?

Nobody could pass up this awesome deal, right?

It smells kind of like bubble soap, well it did to me anyway. It feels slippery and slightly sticky, though nowhere near as sticky as KY. It feels pretty great while using toys or with a condom, even though I suppose the name implies it was meant for anal use. It is safe to use with most toys and condoms, though be sure to read your labels carefully! Even if you are used to high-end quality lubricants, why not keep a bottle or two in a drawer or by a bedside, or in your dungeon? There's sure to be lots of slippery and memorable fun when you pair sane, safe sex with a bottle of this stuff.

Generally, this is one of those "use anywhere" lubes that pretty much can cover all of the basic things you may need your lube to do for you.

However, be warned: If you combine toys with Astroglide, you will get hair/lint and other carpet monsters on your toy unless you keep it clean and wrapped in a sterile dry cloth when the toy is not in use. (Note: This is especially true of the toys made with the "jelly" material, they attract dust and hair like flies to honey.) Also, don't forget to wash your toy and/or genitalia with the proper cleansing agent to prevent infections to you and wear and tear to your toy. A dry dusting of cornstarch also proves to keep certain toys (like silicone) in tip-top condition. So remember: Rough sex is fun, but dry sex freaking hurts.
