The Full Release Stroker is a 5 1/2 inch pink penis sleeve. Along with the Stroker, you get a package of lube and a DVD of hot women to get you in the mood. This is a true masturbation package (although you can certainly use it with a partner). As with all penis sleeves, you put some lube in the opening and on your penis, and then you slide your penis in and out of the Stroker. This is great for those times when you want something different from the feel of your own hand. It is great for a quickie, or if you want to pop in the DVD and have a nice extended session.

The Stroker is made with TPR and is very plush, but it maintains its shape so that it feels firm when you are pushing your penis into it. With a tight grip, you will feel your penis through the sleeve. You can simply loosen the grip if you want to enhance the fantasy of not feeling like you are doing the work. The interior is nicely textured, so the friction against the penis feels amazing. There is a slight chemical smell, but it wasn't anything that I found to be particularly bothersome or distracting.
