Angelic Aromas edible sex lube review

Great edible product for both partners; simple aroma; the taste isn't overpowering; very pleasant to all senses. Great as a massage oil, great for getting both partners off!

somewhat useful review
The Angelic Aromas sex lube|Angelic Aromas edible sex lube is one of the better ones I've experienced; not only because it tastes good, with subtle hints of maple syrup and cinnamon scent, but because it seems to be a little more forgiving than KY jelly could ever be.

I was at first disappointed because it didn't smell too good in the bottle. When I  opened it up and rubbed it between my hands to warm it and start using it on my boyfriend, the smell came to life and all was well in the world of aromatherapy.

The thing I needed to remind myself was that t's an aromatherapy item, meaning the scent wouldn't be as overpowering and prominent as if it was made with non-natural ingredients.  It's a very warming smell, when it's super cold out, and you have to (ahem) snuggle or whatever it is you do. The cinnamon is an aphrodisiac, and the maple reminds me of an innocent sweetness my boyfriend and I share.

Its viscosity is a little on the watery side, and it was quick to pump. I had a hard time catching the first pump every time I used it.

It wasn't as sticky as other gels I've used, although seems like it would be a bit sticky, but it rubs in quickly and is semi-hydrating on the skin. The way it felt on my clit was warm, wasn't messy, and didn't drip at all! I was impressed with the luxurious feel, and my boyfriend liked the way it tasted.

He did mention that he was disappointed that it didn't taste like maple syrup, but he doesn't know that it's made from cinnamon and maple leaf extracts, and not the actual source of the food.  It works really well with adult toys, as well as being condom friendly [Editor's Note: This lubricant is oil-based and should NOT be used with latex condoms. We also do not recommend using oil-based lube in the vagina, as it takes awhile to wash away and can collect bacteria].

The amount you need to get the job done is two pumps at the most; which for product useage, and the size of the bottle, is economically friendly. It also saves you from a potential mess later, if you happen to miss your hand (penis, clit... whatever) while pumping.

The only reason I give this a 4/5 stars, and not the complete 5 stars, is simply due to design. If it were in a dropper so it could be easily worked with, then it could earn all 5. But the pump, although it gives a generous amount with each pump, does so rather quickly and with force. Overall, this product is well worth my time. I enjoy it over and over, and can't wait to try another flavor as soon as I'm done with this one! Who knows, maybe I'll pick another one up soon, and have them on hand depending on my mood!
Follow-up commentary
The aromas sex lube is still flavorful after a month, and still gets the job done right!

I mainly use it for massage and oral sex ( both on my boyfriend, and he on me) and has developed no flat, or pungent smell as of yet.

The pump is still intact, and works just as the day I received it in the mail. No spills have occurred, even en route to my dude's house,  and overall still no complaints other than the initial one I had about the pump dispensing too fast!

Make sure you always check the ingredients, to be aware of whether your lube is REALLY condom/vagina compatible. Be careful and do your research!
