Sliquid silk - water based lube by Sliquid, LLC - review by HappyCouple

My wife and I have been searching for a good water based lubricant for years. We've run the gambit of lubrication's, never really finding one we loved. We spend hours reading reviews and settled on SLiquid Silk. I will preface this review with my wife's quote "This is as close to the real thing as I've ever scene". Of course she was referring to the natural lubricant that men make! That in itself should lend a lot of credit to the lubricant.

We were impressed with the "pump action" bottle that makes getting the right amount much easier. For those of us who know what it's like to squeeze a tube and it blobs a whole lot more than you need into your hand. This bottle allows for a little or a lot, which is very user friendly. The only con to the product to date is the limited ability to close it during travel. During a recent trip the pump was pushed down, making somewhat of a slippery mess. However, that can be fixed with simply placing something on the neck to stop the pump from depressing.

It is also water based, which has made it great to use with all of our toys. It is very slippery, but not sticky and washes or wipes off easy. It also can be used for a long period of time without having to reapply. We've tried it with most of her toys, both big and small. After use, the toys are easy to clean off with water and your favorite toy cleaner.

My wife who is very conscious of using products that contain a lot of chemicals was very pleased to find that this was made with mostly natural ingredients. That is refreshing due to most products containing a lot of chemicals that you can't even pronounce. In addition it does not have a chemically smell what so ever. We compared it to the smell of hand lotion or shampoo.
