System JO H2O lubricant by System JO - review by Halfthere

This is a great lube that has quite a few advantages and few disadvantages. Smooth, slick, and never tacky; it is definitely one of the better lubes I've seen.

The System JO H2O lubricant is water-based, so it can be used with virtually any toy and washes off easily with soap and water. It does contain parabens and glycerin, in case you're adverse to those. It doesn't stain, but if you happen to get a drop or so on sheets or clothing, it will leave what looks like wet spot until you wash it.

This lube has a very slight odor, so slight in fact that unless you are trying to find it, you will never notice it, and even when you do it is not an unpleasant smell; kind of a light, plastic-y scent from the parabens. It does have a relatively unpleasant taste, sort of like an intense or even sharp, sweet taste, but this can be coped with. It is slightly more viscous than water, and is completely transparent with no tint. Texture-wise it is very slick, but not so much that you can't feel anything; depending on the amount that you use, it can allow for a bit of friction.

This is truly a multipurpose lube, it can be used with a partner or by yourself, on skin or with a toy. I was using it mostly with my Njoy Pure Wand for my anal exploits. With the stainless steel toy, this lube can go quite a long way. Really it only takes a light coating in order to use it, and can last for quite a while. It will dry out when exposed to the air for a period of time. I have noticed that it dries out a bit faster when used on skin.
