Wet Synergy cool tingle - lubricant by Wet Lubricants - review by ~LaUr3n~

Wet Lubricants has finally managed to really impress me. They have developed a hybrid lubricant mix of water and silicone that feels amazingly silky and smooth. It also has an added property of cooling tingle that heightens the senses of the sexual organs. If you use this lubricant in small amounts, it doesn't even require a clean up and never feels icky or gross after use. This lubricant is thick enough that it lasts a long time too. Strangely enough, it can absorb well into the skin, but leaves it feeling really silky and smooth. It is great for couple to use together or can even be enjoyed while solo. My partner and I really like it. It is safe for the body by being L-Arginine free. Note that it does contain glycerin, though. This ingredient can cause UTIs in women who are sensitive to this ingredient. I had no issues with it. Even though this product does not include L-Arginine it does include other ingredients that produce a tingling sensation. These ingredients can cause irritation or break outs for those with herpes. They should also not be used by women who are pregnant.

Here are the ingredients: Glycerin, Deionized Water, Dimethiconol, Sodium Polyacrylate, Dimethicone,Cyclopentasiloxane, Trideceth-6, PEG/PPG Dimethicone, Pentylene Glycol, Peppermint

This is a hybrid lubricant. That means that it is both water and silicone based. It feels like a silicone lubricant, but cleans up like a water based one. It's thick, clear, and almost gel like. The lube stays in place, and doesn't cause a mess. It smooths around amazingly and starts to feel VERY silky. If you rub it between your fingers it seems to dissipate as liquid and blends in leaving a slick, but not wet or sticky surface. This allows it to feel very natural. It blends into natural lubricants well too. It leaves everything feeling smoother and softer after use.

This lubricant smells like peppermint. To be exact, it smells like the mint flavored and scented gloves that my dentist wears. This lubricant isn't flavored though. It really shouldn't be ingested at all if you can help it. The smell is wonderful though, and reminds me of Christmas. The smell does go away fairly quickly and doesn't last as long as the sensations do.

There are a few ways to use this lubricant. I sometimes apply a single drop to my clit and within 10 seconds of rubbing it in, I can feels the tingling sensations. It's incredibly arousing and gets me in the mood. So, it works well as a clitoral enhancer. I've done the same to the underside of my partners penis head and he feels the sensations too. Although, his don't come as quickly, he reports. The lubricant seems to get blood flowing to the area and increases our sensations later when we use a different lubricant.

VAGINAL SEX: Used as intended, this stuff is awesome. The lubricant lasts for a really long time, blends into our natural juices and feels very natural. It doesn't create a huge mess either. This is a huge plus side for us because we like to change positions a lot. The tingling sensations can be felt by both us and we never found the sensations to be too powerful. Sometimes, the tingling will feel like a warming sensation instead of a cooling one. It seems to start off as cooling and tingling, and then when blood is flowing to the are, it feels warm. If you are using a condom, this lubricant can be applied to the inside of the condom, so both parties can feel the product. We found that, on average, the sensations last for about 15 minutes. The lubricant lasts much longer though. We never had to reapply it, even with a condom.

VAGINAL TOYS: I love using this toy solo, especially with clitoral vibrators. The tingling sends me over the edge and produces dripping orgasms. Seriously, this stuff is magical. With vaginal toys, it works best with firmer materials like non porous TPR, elastomer, and glass. It can't be used with silicone toys unfortunately. Flesh like materials tend to soak up this lubricant too well. It seems a waste in that case. I did find that the sensations lasted longer without a partner. They lasted about 20-25 minutes.

ANAL TOYS/SEX: I love how soft this makes my ass hole feel, but I couldn't feel the sensations, and it gets too thin to be used for anal toys, especially large ones. I don't like using it for anal sex since it seems like a waste since I can't feel the tingling. I would suggest not using this lubricant for that purpose.

In no instance did the lubricant need to be washed off immediately. It left us feeling sexy, bot sticky or gross. It cleans off of toys easily with soap and water.

It comes in two sizes: a 1.9 fluid ounce and a 7 fluid ounce bottle. I think both are very reasonably priced. I first got this as a free sample from the Wet website. Both my sample and bottle expire in 2015 which is a great shelf life. I even got 5 uses out of the 0.2 ounce sample pack which tells you how much of this lubricant is needed to be effective - not much. The 1.9 ounce bottle that I got is perfect for traveling. It's about the size of a travel shampoo bottle - 5" tall and about 1 1/4" wide. It fits well in luggage and even a medium sized purse. It actually kind of looks like mace. The bottle is plastic ans has been easy to squeeze so far. The cap is a push to open one like on most sunscreen bottles. it also has a slight shimmer in it which I thought was a nice touch. It is also fairly discreet. The bottle is black and the label is black which fades to a turquoise. The front says Wet Synergy + Cool Tingle, 3 times longer lasting, and hybrid lubricant. The lubricant part is in very small letters toward the bottom. It has safety instruction for use and storing in a few different languages.

This lubricant has a tingling and cooling property. To some it may feel like a warming sensation. This lubricant is also a hybrid of water and silicone bases. It cannot be used with silicone toys, but it can be used with all latex condoms.

I am really impressed with this lubricant and will be getting the bigger bottle when I run out. It has the perfect amount of tingling and adds to the sensations my partner and I already feel. It's easy to apply, long lasting, and super easy to clean up. The only down side is the glycerin ingredient, for some. I'm giving it 5 stars since it didn't cause me any problems.
