This toy was definitely designed
Being rather new to the lube world, I wasn't sure where to begin. I had decided on
Durex Warming because I had assumed that a product from a well-known company with many other good products (such as their
condoms) would be a good way to start off. I can say that I had high hopes for this lube.
The lube, while thin and odor free, becomes extremely sticky after a bit of time and is hard to wipe off. After a prolonged sex session, you need to re-apply a fair-amount, which can get sloppy, slippery and uncomfortable. If too much is applied then sex becomes a water sport and if too little is applied it seems to just increases the stickiness-factor. When you finally do get the right amount, though, it does work well as a simple lube, at least for shorter sessions.
This lubrication works well enough as a lube itself, though the "warming sensation" falls fairly hard on the lackluster side. After a fairly long romp in the sheets with my beau, there was no hint of warming up, although applied to my hands and with enough skin-to-skin friction, I started to feel a slight burning sensation in my palms. Not exactly where I wanted to feel the warmth.
When paired with toys, it gets even more sloppy and uncomfortable to use. The bottle is simple and easy to use in a hurry, though the lube tends to be on the watery side when coming out, which of courses causes a mess in the dark and when you're in hurry.
Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this product, although if you need something quick and reachable, Durex Warming will definitely do the trick. You won't have to hunt around for this product as it's available in pretty much every pharmacy around the country.
I like WET lube.
