Every Little Thing It Does is Magic, Everything It Does Just Turns Me On

Add Magic by Booty Parlor is the prettiest bottle of lube I've ever seen. Not only does it look good, but it works great. I would say this is the perfect water based lube for almost anyone, so long as glycerin is not a problem for you. Because of it's more feminine looks, this is definitely meant to be purchased by or for women. And even though it only comes in a 5 oz bottle, a little goes a long way. I highly recommend it.

Use

Add Magic lubricant by Booty Parlor is a very nice water based lube that comes in a lovely discreet bottle, worthy of leaving out on your dresser. The bottle contains 5 oz. of this clear liquid lubricant. This lube will work great for use during foreplay, intercourse or even with toys. It might be a bit too thin for anal play though. The second ingredient in the list is glycerin, so it might not be suitable for those who have problems with that ingredient. The ingredients in this lube are: Water, Glycerin, Carbomer, Carboxymethyl hydroxyethylcellulose, Imidazolidinyl, Sodium benzoate, Methylparaben, Tetrasodium edta, Peg-45m, Xanthan gum & Triethanolamine

Because it is a water based lubricant, it is safe to use with any and all sex toys, including those made of silicone.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Add Magic has a medium thick texture. It is neither runny, nor heavy like an anal lube. I would say it has the perfect medium consistency for a water based lube. When first pumped out onto my hand it had a slight gel-like consistency. Once applied, it is very nice a slick and remains that way for a long time. This lube does not get sticky at all. Once this does finally dry up, it just completely disappears.

Taste / Aroma

Though Booty Parlor claims this has no taste or smell, that is not completely accurate. When first applied there is a slightly sweet smell and taste to it. Though for some reason, very shortly after that, both the taste and smell seem to disappear.

Performance

This lubricant performs beautifully! It feels very nice. Even though it's slightly thick it doesn't interfere with my ability to feel sensations, as some lubes do. It holds up very well to long play session. Because the smell and taste disappear rather quickly they don't interfere with enjoying the moment. It never gets sticky and completely disappears once I'm done playing. Since it is water based, it probably would not hold up well in the shower or tub. It does not stain skin or clothing, and washes off the skin very easily. I would have to say there is nothing that I don't like about this lube.

Packaging

As I said, this is a great lube. But the best part about it is the packaging. It comes in this pretty little round clear bottle with the words "Booty Parlor Add Magic" written in a small pretty script on the front and some lovely little designs on the back. It has a nice little pump top with a clear plastic lid. It is extremely discreet and looks pretty enough to leave out on the dresser. I love that! I need a lube that I can leave out and grab at a moments notice. All of this comes in a beautiful pink decorative box.

Personal comments

Booty Parlor is a company I am quickly falling in love with. They make the cutest products. Everything they make seems to be high quality. And it's all so cute and feminine. I'm a total girly girl and I love pretty things worthy of display.

With that said, Add Magic was a wonderful introduction to this company, and I hope to own many more of their products.

Experience

So far I have used Add Magic with my husband and with a couple of my toys, and this has quickly become one of my favorite lubes. Granted, 5 oz is not a very big bottle but it is worth it, and it would probably lose a little of it cuteness if it came in a much bigger size. Also a little goes a long way, I never needed more than one pump for an entire play session.

Follow-up commentary I still like it 2 months after original review

I actually use this lube quite often. I think the thing I like best about it, and the reason it has become one of my "go to" lubes, is that I can leave this one out on the dresser in plain sight. So it's just easier to grab for this first instead of fishing for one of my less discreet lubes.
