System JO H2O gives the flexibility of a water base lubricant, which can be used with all types of toy materials and sexual penetration while giving the silky smooth feeling of a silicone lubrication. This lubricant only requires a small amount of application to take you all the way to the "O" zone!!! A must have for anyone looking for a versatile, water based lubricant.

Use

System JO H2O is perhaps the best water based lubricant I have ever tried. This is a great product if you are looking for a silicone lubricant feel, but the usage flexibility of a water base lubricant. It works great when playing with your favorite sex toys or just having a great sex session with that special someone. It is safe to use with silicone, glass, jelly, and any condoms. This probably wouldn't be my choice if I were performing anal play, because for me, it just seems a little too thin. You could use System JO H2O for extra lubrication while performing some oral sex on that lucky someone, but I personally would go for a lube with a little more flavor. Unfortunately, it does contain parabens and glycerine which may cause reactions in individuals who have allergies to these ingredients.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

System JO H2O has a silky-smooth texture that feels very similar to silicone lubes that I have tried. This lube is fairly thin and depending where and how you apply it, it can be runny. I find that a little bit goes a long way. I try to apply about a dime size amount directly to the area of use. When poured directly onto a toy, I find that it runs down the shaft fairly quickly, probably because it does have a lot thinner consistency than many other lubes that I am used to. I find it does an amazing job lubricating for sex, as the feel of this lubricant is very slick and does not become tacky or sticky with the normal friction caused by the in-out motion of sex. This lube cleans up very easily with soap and water. If it does stay on the skin for a long period of time, it leaves the skin feeling silky smooth which I find to be a plus.

Ingredients: Propyl Paraben, Methyl Paraben, Sodium Carboxymethyl Cellulose, Glycerin, Purified Water.

Taste / Aroma

I, myself, probably wouldn't use System JO H2O as an oral lubricant, but if the mood does take you there, then this is what you can expect:

The taste of this lube is almost non-existent, with only a very subtle hint of berry flavor. I wouldn't say it was bad, but I prefer a lube with a lot more flavor than this has.

There is a slight aroma to this lubricant, but I did not find it to unpleasant at all.

Performance

When I first tried System JO H2O, I thought I had made a mistake in my order because the feel of this lubricant was so similar to the silicone lubricants I have used in the past. I was shocked at how slippery and how long this water base lubricant lasted! I have gone entire toy play and sex sessions with the need of only one application, with all of my sessions lasting more than 30 minutes! I have always been pleased with how silky smooth the texture of this lubricant is, and how so little of it goes so far. I can honestly say that this is the most economical lubricant I have tried. I love how natural this product feels and how easy the clean up is. Use of water and mild soap is all it requires. I am a big fan of this one!!!

Thank you for your comments on my review. Next time I will try to be more specific on the products that I used to compare with. The most notable water base products that I have used come from the KY lubrication line. As far as the silicone lube products that I have use to compare this product with, there are two name notables and they are Astroglide X and ID Millennium. There are other products but they were off the wall brands and I honestly don't remember the products names. Hopefully that helps and again thank you all for your comments.

      As of right now my favorite brand is Maximus
    • I haven't had a chance to try out the System Jo or Maximus but I don't mind KY Jelly or ID lube. The Wet Silicone lube isn't bad either but it barely gets used to be honest.
