Good as a lube, but ick!
Usually I love Lelo's products, but Lelo Personal Moisturizer totally fell flat as a lube. Yes, it does moisturize, but that's about all that it can do for anyone.Published: March 1, 2011

Lelo is actually local for me and I am very big into supporting local companies of all kinds. And a local sex toy/product company is always tops on my list. I have always been happy with Lelo products. And I expected wonders out of Lelo Personal Moisturizer, but it kind of fell flat.
Don't get me wrong, it's a good lube, but it's far from the quality that I have come to expect from Lelo. It is very moisturizing and leaves the skin very soft. But I had to reapply it many times when I used it as a lube. It feels soft going on and it's not sticky as it dries some. Works wonderful for a moisturizer, but seems kind of pointless to spend that kind of money when I can just pick up a bottle of lotion to do the same thing.
It's made out of water, propylene glycol, hydroxyethylcellulose, aloe barbadenis leaf juice, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, tetrasodium EDTA, gurana extract, ginseng extract, avena sativa extract, polysorbate-20, aspartame, polyquaternium-5, PEG-45M, and citric acid. It's paraben and glycerin free. I got the 2.5 ounce tube that has a flip top to keep it from leaking.
The flavor of Lelo Personal Moisturizer was horrid. Not even something that I could make light of during sex and foreplay. When I tasted it, I was playing with my husband and a female lover of both of ours. The female lover and I tasted it at the same time as we where playing and we both stopped and made disgusted faces at each other. We both promptly grabbed sodas and water to get the taste out of our mouths as we could. We left my poor husband with a totally confused look on his face. We had to tell him to clean up the lube as we both where grabbing mints, still trying to get the taste out or mouths. It took a lot of mints and water to really kill the taste.
It didn't totally kill the mood for us, but we ended up slathering Lelo Personal Moisturizer to see how well it worked for penetration..... Well, we had to reapply it many times though our session. To bad.

I gave Lelo Personal Moisturizer a few more tries as a lube, but it just couldn't hold up to me at all. I tried it as an actual moisturizer and it flopped there too. It landed right in my shaving products and finally died there.
