The texture is smooth but it does have a rather thick consistency. It is very easy to pour because the dropper top only allows one drop at a time to come out. If you have an issue with thick textured things going into your mouth you may want to apply the product to the penis instead. The product is sticky because it contains sucralose, which is pretty much the same thing as Splenda. So if you're worried about a product upsetting the flora of your vagina, this product may not be for you.
