Colt slick lubricant by Cal Exotics - review by link82

I have been looking for a good-quality, water-based lube that I could use with both my boyfriend and my toys. After researching the reviews, I came across Colt which received great reviews and seemed like a great value. Boy, was I right!

Colt Slick is a water-based, multi-purpose lube that can be used will all your toys since it works well with all materials. It also works great with condoms and can be used during anal or vaginal sex. It is offered in three different sizes: 9 oz., 13 oz., and 16.5 oz. which is great compared to the 3-6 ounces other brands offer.

I was pleasantly surprised at how big this bottle of lube was! I purchased the 9 oz. bottle, and I guess I never really thought about exactly how much that was, but it's a lot - especially for $10.99! I was almost skeptical since you would only get half of that amount (at the most) with most quality lubes for that price. At that point, I was anxious to try it out and see for myself! That's when I found its first - and pretty only much only - real flaw. The cap has a push-top to release, and I think it is cheaply made because it is kind of difficult to open and close. I pushed it open and then closed it many times to try to "loosen" the plastic which helped a little but not much. Just make sure to keep it open during use so that you won't have to struggle to reapply.

I have used this lube with my toys and with my boyfriend (we use condoms), and it has become my new fave! It is a nice consistency, is not too greasy, and doesn't require a ton of reapplications. It is also easy to wash off with some warm water. If you are looking for a good value on a simple, water-based lube (no warming, no cooling) that is of good (not the best) quality, then I highly recommend Colt Slick!
