Great Lube, Great Value
This is a really smart purchase for a small amount of lube that will last a long time and be really easy to apply in a clean manner. This is a great value.Published: January 3, 2011

Packaging is rather atrocious, Can't get the lube out after two thirds of the lube is used.
My husband and I bought this lube with the obvious use in mind, (anal sex) and it has been perfect. The lube is thick, very easy to apply, and lasts for extended periods of time with little need for second applications. It stays were you put it and is perfect for what it's made for.
We have used the bottle I ordered many many times and have never had a bad experience. It is thick enough to be applied to either the penis or the anus depending on how you like to do it. It stays slick and pleasant through long sessions with stops to switch positions and frequent removal and reinsertion. Anal Lube is not stringy or runny and is truly scentless. It is also really easy to wipe off of your hands after application which is really important to people who like their sheets.
I cannot say how this lube works with toys as I have not experimented with that; maybe that is because it just works so darn well for anal sex that I haven't had the need to try something different! It should not be a problem with most toys being water-based and all.
The only down side is the packaging which means that when there is less than a third left you are going to be fumbling around, taking the cap off, smacking it, etc. Once it's out, there are no more worries to be had. Overall, it is a great value for the price. Keeping in mind that it is not the largest volume of lube. If you want to buy a bottle and not have to worry for a long time, there are better purchases, but this bottle will certainly last the average couple a reasonable amount of time.
We are going to be trying new lubes but keeping this stuff around at all times as the sure-fire back-up plan.

I still can't shake this lube as my go to key to the backdoor. I have tried many many other things since trying and loving Anal Lube, but I don't know why I still bother. This, for me, is the best and will likely stay the best until my taste, so to speak, changes.
This is clearly a personal thing, you just have to understand your body and know how you want it to feel when you are getting something inserted into your bottom. Simple as that. Oh, and I want it too feel like a penis covered in this stuff.
For me though, a huge part of the equation still remains the ease of use. The texture allows for you to put it on your fingers, and not have it disappear by the time you've got your finger on your butt. But it is fluid enough to follow the penis into your rectum, and not just collect on your anus.
Other random thoughts; it's tasteless and isn't awful to get into your mouth, it has yet to stain any of my clothes or sheets, it works better on penises than toys (but works great on both), and it doesn't leave me with that squishy 'did I just poop in my pants' feeling afterwards (though if you were kindly filled with enough semen, you might be getting that feeling regardless).
Again, its a personal thing, but man o man, if this isn't just the gateway to awesome anal sex.

what is the best anal lube i use astroglide but it drys fast and i use alot more than i want to. used silicone but it dosent seem to be thick enuff
