I Swear It Wasn't Your Peter That Made Me Choke
The taste was alright, until it faded into the aftertaste. I couldn't help but cough and make funny faces when this hit the back of my tongue. Despite the fact that this contains sugar, both the manufacturer and Eden Fantasys recommend using this as a lubricant. Hello, yeast infection.Published: January 6, 2010
Pros:
- Smells good
- Cheap
- Cheap
Cons:
- Horrible aftertaste
- Can't be used around the vagina

Upon looking at the Peter Licker gel, I thought it was worth a try. I decided to purchase the Wild Cherry flavor, as I am not particularly fond of banana flavored stuff. Now I kind of wonder what the banana flavor would taste like.
The Peter Licker comes in a 2 oz plastic jar, 2 inches high and about 2 1/3 inches in diameter. It’s a good size for travel, and is also pretty discreet. Obviously people will know what it is if they see the front part of the label, but if the jar is turned around, it just looks like a normal jar of cream or gel. The ingredients listed are: water, sugar, glycerin, carbomer 940, artificial flavor, methylparaben, propylparaben, diazolidinyl urea, propylene glycol, TEA, FD&C red #40, and caramel color. I honestly have no idea what half of these ingredients are. Since the second largest ingredient in this is sugar, I do not recommend using this around vaginal openings. That will just cause a yeast infection. Despite this, the jar says this can be used as a lubricant.
Every time I open this jar, I am hit with a wave of cherry scent. It’s pretty pleasant smelling, though there is a slightly chemical under smell to it.
The gel has a similar consistency to hair gel, or maybe Jell-O. Like Jell-O it just seems to melt right as soon as I get it in my hand. It’s pretty slick, and doesn’t seem to get sticky on my hands at all. It felt a lot more sticky on him after I had been licking it off of him. I would recommend only using a little bit, as this stuff spreads pretty well. It’s best to have too little and need a bit more than to have used way too much. When we were done playing with it, we both washed ourselves up before having sex, as I am not really interested in a yeast infection.
Thankfully it tastes somewhat better than hair gel. It tastes like cherries, with a slight bit of some sort of chemical. It has a kind of bad aftertaste to it, which hits as soon as this stuff hits the back of my tongue. I had to cough a few times from it. As soon as saliva rinsed it away, I was fine, though. The Peter Licker smells a lot better than it tastes. I noticed this stuff also has some slight numbing effect on my mouth. My boyfriend said he did not feel any numbing on his genitals. He said he did enjoy the sensations from me licking this all off of him, though.
The Peter Licker gel cleans up easily with just warm water, soap, and a washcloth. The jar says it is non-staining, which I agree for skin. I didn’t get any on my sheets or comforter, though, so I’m not sure if it would stain those.
Overall, you pretty much pay for what you get. There are much better oral sex products available, though they cost a bit more money. I recommend spending an extra couple of dollars on a better product.

I don't really feel like I care for this any more at all. The product is holding up fine in its container, but it just seems pretty meh. I have found myself using the Tasty Twist cream a lot more. The mint chocolate chip is sweet, just like mint chocolate chip ice cream and the new gum, which I do not remember the brand of. It's not too sugary or sweet, and has a nice consistency of lotion.

Are there any good quality gels?

Honestly, it sounds weird to me that a product can be used to ingest as well as a lubricant. Are there any others that are safe or taste better?

For taste, System JO's flavored lubes are my favorite. If you're looking for something without glycerin or parabens, Sliquid makes some that aren't too bad. :)

Sliquid Organics Natural doesn't taste bad, and it is very safe. I'm not a fan of how the Gel formula tastes though - the gel texture feels weird in my mouth, although it feels pretty good on my body.

Thank you for viewing Peter licker – gel review page!

Icky. I wouldn't want that around my crotch either. Sorry to hear that it didn't work out so well though.
I have ordered another product similar to this, so hopefully that one will be good
I'm sorry this didn't work out well for you, hopefully the new product you've ordered works better!
aghh an aftertaste!?
Very good review!
I'm like you: don't really care for banana-products. If the cherry has a gross after taste, the banana would be aweful. Yuck.
hmm, I don;t know if this is something for me lol. Great review!
