ID pleasure = A little dab will make you tingle.

ID pleasure lube has a nice cooling tingle that lasted as long as I did. It seemed to be a more noticeable tingle with the air from the ceiling fan. I personally would like a little more "Zing" for me as well as my husband. If it was a little thicker then it would work great as an all around lube since clean up is so easy. I would get this lube again just for the surprising tingle you get when the air blows across anywhere you have applied lube.

Use

I think ID pleasure lube is good for anyone that needs a nice water based lube. I have very sensitive skin and I had no problem with this lube. I did have a slight "minty" like tingling feeling when the cool air hit anywhere I had placed the lube. My husband said he didn't really notice any difference but then he wasn't exposed to any air. ;)

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The texture of the ID lube is kind of silky feeling. I didn't find it thick enough for anal use but it is good for masturbation and penetration. This lube feels nice and goes on very nicely. It seems to last well without having to add more. One plus was that it doesn't have a sticky feeling like some others do. The small bottle was a nice size for it getting it placed just where you want it to be. Take it easy on the bottle as with a lot of lubes it comes out fairly quick. I just started at the top so it can run down in case I get to much.

Taste / Aroma

I didn't really notice a smell to the ID lube. This is good because I am allergic to so many different scents. I sure wouldn't want to have an unexpected sneezing fit. As for taste I must be honest I didn't think to try it. It is not advertised as being edible so I didn't think to try it.

Performance

I found that a lot of lube is not necessary. A little goes a long way with ID pleasure lube. The only reason I found for reapplying was multiple position changes and the ceiling fan on high overhead. I found clean up very easy. I just used my regular soap and water. I like how easy this lube was to apply and the ease of clean up. I wish it was a little bit thicker.

The ID pleasure lube came wrapped in a small plastic bag. I got the 1 oz size, it comes in a small flip top bottle that would be great for traveling. Also on the bottle are the list of ingredients - Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Cellulose Polymer, Polyethylene Oxide, Sodium Benzoate, Ginkgo Bilbao Leaf Extract, Trifolium Pratense (red clover) flower extract, Methylparaben, Carbomer 981, Tetrahydroxypropyl Ethylenediamine, Diazolidinyl Urea, EDTA flavor, and Menthol.

Special Features

According to the description ID pleasure lube is suppose to stimulate arousal. I didn't really notice that. I did notice that the breeze from the ceiling fan overhead caused a very nice tingling sensation.

    • Is there a difference between warming and cooling? they both sound like they feel tingly.
    • the warming lube makes your penis feel like its on fire. the cooling tingles. neither one feels good, IMO.

      It's not a flavored lubricant, and in the reviews people noted that it didn't have an especially good taste to it, somewhat like plastic.
    • i wouldn't want to taste a lube unless it is for oral sex and is flavored
