Colt slick lubricant - water-based lubricant by Cal Exotics - review by SylviaPlath

I have been in search for the best lube out there. Not because I need it, because I tend to be one of those women who are always easy to arouse, but when I speak of back-door activities, or just plain wanting sex to be slippery, I look for a lube that is slick, non-greasy, not sticky and--most importantly--that I do not need to keep reapplying!

Most water-based lubricants I find wear off more easily than silicone, however, I notice the silicone can be the same way, plus, it has that sticky factor. Colt has a slight sticky factor. It does the job properly, but I need to keep reapplying it. A little dab does not go a long way, like with other products I have tried.
I use it, don't get me wrong, it does the job, but it is still a long way away from being a favorite of mine.

The product will literally dry up and become not really sticky, but dry or sticky enough to the point where you need to wash up after use, especially having to reapply so often. I will have sex or use toys and take a 10 minute break or so, and then I will be dry again and a little sticky.

It may just be my body chemistry, but I would not buy this again. It's definitely not worth the price tag.

It feels sticky, and it needs to be re-applied often, although not as much as other lubes I have tried. But still, it does wear off quickly and dries up. It almost has that feeling when you have someone cum on your skin, and it has that sort of tight, firm, glue-like feeling.

There is no taste or smell. So this is a positive for those folks who are sensitive to harsh perfumes, dyes, flavors, etc. It is clear, so there are no added dyes either.

It doesn't clean up well. I would not buy this again, however it was a gift and it does get the job done. I just hate reapplying it! It really ruins my moment. Especially if I take a short break, I sort of expect my parts to be a little wet still, but it is dry. Bummer.

It is not discreet. Although I do have the larger size (9oz), and I am sure the smaller sizes would be a better option for travel. The bottle is not very 'giving-away,' so unless someone is searching through your stuff and examining every bottle, or if they have knowledge of Colt products, they will not know. I like caps/tops to be a little bit more difficult to pop on and off. I tend to to have bottles fall down, or lay on their sides sometimes, so it would be nice if the top was more tight.
