Jack-Aide Thick Gel---Just Right.

When your agenda is simple---no silicone toys, no sensitive partners, just plain pleasure---grab a lubricant that's the best of both worlds. The thick gel of Jack-Aide has the perfect amount of slip, and the hybrid blend of water and silicone bases means it's easy to clean and won't leave a residue. It's long-lasting and won't interrupt your fun by drying out. There's a light taste but no noxious ingredients, so lube up and have fun!

Use

Zero Tolerance is most famous for their popular porn---but good porn goes hand-in-hand with a good jack-off lube. When you've got a sensitive partner or a silicone toy to worry about, you'll usually opt for a water-based lubricant. If you're just having fun the old fashioned way, there's no need to put up with the tackiness that water-based lubes come with. You can use a Thick Gel Density Jack-Aide, created just for jacking off---a blend of water-based lubricant for easy cleanup and silicone for long lasting slickness that means you'll never have to interrupt your session to reapply.

It takes a lot of ingredients to make a good jack-off lube, and Zero Tolerance has taken the best of both worlds, hybrid approach. Jack-Aide has a water base for easy cleanup, but also contains silicone so it can last through a long session without needing to be reapplied. While each of these ingredients is condom-safe and fine for vaginal use in general, men with sensitive partners may want to wash off before penetrative play.

Purified water forms the base of this jack-off gel, so it slides easily and can be cleaned up with a bit of soap and water. Propylene glycol is used as a solvent, allowing the water to form a solution with the silicone. Dimethicone and Cyclopentasiloxane are simple fluid forms of inert silicone---they slip easily and reliably, and won't dry out. Peg/ppg-18/18 Dimethicone is a mixture of dimethicone with polyethylene glycol and polypropylene glycol, to improve miscibility with the water base. Trideceth-6 is another surfactant, while Sodium polyacrylate stabilizes the emulsion and moisturizes the skin. Sodium carboxymethylcellulose, the sodium salt of cellulose gum, is used as a thickener so this jack-off gel has the rich consistence you're hoping for. Phenoxyethanol is a preservative so your Jack-Aide won't go bad waiting for you between sessions.

Jack-Aide Thick Gel has a couple of thinner brothers: Jack-Aide Medium Density and Jack-Aide Thin Density---these might be up your alley if you have silicone masturbation sleeves, as they are basic glycerine lubes instead of the water-silicone hybrid of their beefier brother Thick Gel. The Thick Gel is, in my opinion, the best choice for hand jobs, jacking off without a sleeve, and other skin-to-skin contact.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

Jack-Aide is some thick stuff. In the 2.5oz size, it takes a bit of effort to squeeze out a small dollop---and once you do, you'll be impressed by the surface tension. Jack-Aide is thick and silky, and doesn't run much when held vertically. It'll stay where you want it to, and glide along with your hand, without dripping all over.

This hybrid lubricant feels about perfect. It doesn't have a greasy or oily residue, and though you'll probably feel cleaner if you wash up with soap and water after use, if you just have to throw on pants and go you won't be left with a nasty sticky or gummy residue. The lube will sort of absorb into your skin, leaving it feeling even softer for next time. It might be a bit slippery, though, so you should wash your hands before going on the monkey bars.

Taste / Aroma

Jack-Aide doesn't smell like much. If you hold it right up to your nose (2 inches) you can smell a faint propylene glycol scent---propylene glycol is the non-toxic fluid they use to winterize water pipes in RVs, and if your partner happens to get a taste of this before you've washed it off, she might think you taste vaguely like water from an RV system. A little sickly-sweet, but not enough to prevent a loving partner from having a good time. If Jack-Aide isn't being used close to a nose or a mouth, there's no smell to worry about.

Performance

The best part of a hybrid lube is its ability to last just as long as you. My partner and I have tested it for up to 15 minutes of non-penetrative use (his hand, my hand, my tits, against my ass) and haven't had to re-apply. The slip keeps on just as slippery as can be, and we've found it won't start to absorb into the skin until we're lounging around and leaving his lubed-up parts alone.

If we have time, washing up with soap and water rinses every last remnant of Jack-Aide away, but if we're pressed for time, just throwing on pants and getting on with the day is just fine too---there's no slimy or tacky residue left behind after it absorbs into the skin.

Packaging

Zero Tolerance's Jack-Aide comes to you in a standard rocker-top bottle. The 2.5 oz size should be fine for traveling, but after you've removed the safety seal, it will be best to store it in a Ziploc bag if you can't be sure it'll stay upright. "Zero Tolerance," "Thick GEL," and "Thick gel density JACK AIDE" are all clearly visible on the label, along with a very purposeful fist. The ingredients and instructions for use in several languages are much smaller and hardly readable. The rocker top and label of the bottle are black, but there's enough clear space to get a good glimpse of the agar-colored gel so you'll know how much you've got left.

Personal comments

I'm one of those poor unfortunate sensitive girls, so the only lube around my bed is usually Sliquid Ride, famous for its lack of any ingredients that can bother people with allergies. Sliquid Ride is great for the gals, and it's great for penetration---but if you ever try to give a hand job with it, you'll wind up with an unhappy red cock that's drier than last week's ham sandwich. When it's in open air, it glides along nicely for 2 or 3 minutes, and then suddenly completely dries up, and even worse, it leaves a tacky residue.

When I saw Zero Tolerance's Jack Aide, I was happy to snatch a bottle up so my partner could have some lube all for himself. He couldn't be happier---he says the slip is perfect, and even if he's got his cock in my hand, his hand, between my tits, or anywhere else non-penetrative for 15 minutes or more, he doesn't have to reapply. He was also happy to see that Jack-Aide washes off easily, but that if he doesn't have time to wash up it doesn't leave an irritating residue for the rest of the day.

I'm happy too, because now that we have a great cock-only lube, I get to watch him cum more often, and that's something that Sliquid Ride just couldn't give us. The only drawback to my mind is the propylene glycol taste, but I can ignore it in order to make him happy.
