ID juicy lubricant - water based lube by I-D Lubricants - review by cherryredhead88

ID Juicy Lube is a thicker water based lubricant intended for oral sex, although it can be used vaginally as well. It comes in 9 different flavors including the peach and cherry flavors that I have tried myself. This is a good lube for someone who is new to oral sex or as a change of pace from the typical lubricants on the market. If you are sensitive or allergies you might want to stay away from this, though.

Juicy Lube has a smooth and slick texture. It drips slowly onto the area it is applied to, and stays put pretty well but it gets absorbed just as fast. It's thicker than other lubes I have tried. Keep in mind that brings my total lube count up to 3- ID, KY and Grrltoyz spray lube. I don't have too much to compare to, but the latter two are thinner than the ID.

I have both the Peach and Cherry flavors of this lube. The peach is absolutely amazing! It really does taste like a fresh peach, and I absolutely love it. I could eat this on ice cream!

The cherry, on the other hand, is a tad over bearing for my taste. Literally. To me it tastes like cough syrup, but I have never been a big fan of cherry or strawberry anything (except actual strawberries or cherries).

Neither of these lubes have a strong smell to them, but it is noticeable during use; and they do have strong tastes.

Juicy Lube lasts for quite a bit. I only needed a couple of drops for a quick session- about 15 minutes. The lube was still going strong when I was done. Since it is thicker, it does have more of a slick feel to it. It is not absorbed by the skin or materials easily, which makes it great for long sessions. It has worked just fine with my materials (Futurotic/TPR/Silicone). It washes off well with soap and warm water, and doesn't leave any residue on your skin.

My Juicy lubes are samples- I have a billion of .27 oz packets. As you can see it comes in a bottle. I cannot say if it leaks or anything like that.

The ingredients are listed on them: Purified Water, glycerin, propylene glycol, cellulose polymer, polyethylene oxide, carbomer 981, polysorbate 20, methylparaben, sodium benzoate, sodium saccharin, aspartame, tetrahydroxypropyl, ethylenediamine, diazolidinyl urea, EDTA, and natural and artificial flavors. Now this is a long list of things - some of which I know contain allergens for the more sensitive. Glycerin is a common allergen and is the second ingredient next to water. This means that these two make up the majority of the lube.

If you can get past the ingredients then this lube is perfect for oral or vaginal sex. I would not suggest anal because I don't think it would be thick enough for that. It is edible ("harmless if ingested") and it doesn't stain anything.
