This silicone lube acts as if it is a water-based lube. It may not last long enough to use for anal; but because it does not stay as long as a regular silicone, it might be better for some to use for vaginal sex.

Use

This is a very thin runny silicone lube that tends to absorb and dry up somewhat like water-based lubes. This may be good for waterplay, clit stimulation, and handjobs - if you re-apply. I would not suggest it for anal penetrative play unless you are willing to use a lot of it.

Texture / Consistency / Thickness / Viscosity

The consistency is very thin and runny. It is still, however, quite is slick. This lube absorbs into the skin and dries out much like a water-based lube would. When it dries out, it gets sticky and tacky.

Taste / Aroma

There is no taste. There is no aroma. This lube is flavorless, colorless, and scentless. I was pleasantly surprised by the total lack of taste.

Performance

This lube felt really good, but did not really seem to last very long - you need to use a good bit and occasionally re-apply (much like water-based lubes). It washed off fairly easily with soap and warm water.

Packaging

There is no packaging. The bottle does contain a lot of product information, but it is very hard to read since the letters are small, white, and set against a clear background. If you want to know more about the ingredients check out the Vie Website.

I tried to stick to the facts in the review that I did.

There is nothing really unusual, bad, or surprising about this lube, it is pretty vanilla. It is however, a little on the pricey side. Combining the characteristic of different lubes is good idea, and could prove useful, but this is pretty much your average water-based lube, that just happens to be silicone based. So unless you are specifically looking for a light silicone lube, that acts like a water-based lube, you could most likely find something better for less money.

    Well, if it needs to be reapplied often, what's the purpose of it? Can it actually be used for anything for long periods of time, or does it just dry up quickly with anything? That seems a bit bothersome.
