Wet warming by Wet International

My boyfriend and I were looking for a little something to “heat things up”, when we found out about Wet warming. Of course, we went out that same night to buy ourselves some (which we found conveniently at our neighborhood Meijer). The bottle caught our eyes right away, a cute, slender bottle with bright, eye-catching colors. We bought the 5oz bottle, just the right size for a few test runs, which was around $10, not too shabby, compared to the KY, and other pricy lubes.

We wasted no time getting home to start our evening’s events. Starting with him using the lube for a little hand play, and overall went pretty well. He enjoyed the heat, which he said added to the intensity of his arousal. But… he found it a slight bit uncomfortable, maybe even a little painful when the lube reached his head. Things progressed, and I found I wasn’t quite a fan of giving oral with this lube. Personally, the warming effect wasn’t really a favorite once in my mouth.

After that, it was time for me to have a little heat between the sheets. If you are a fan of warming lubes, the Wet warming lube is pretty nice. The heat definitely feels great during clitoral stimulation, and brought me to a high point pretty quick and successfully. BUT, once it came to penetration, I wasn’t too much of a fan. I too had a quite unpleasant sensation for the first few minutes of intercourse; and it wasn’t just the warming effect, but the feeling kind of weakened over time. Once the burning subsided, the warming was quite enjoyable, but I found it got a little too toasty for me.

Overall, the experience was a 50/50. The warming aspect was nice, but the discomfort for both my boyfriend and I was definitely a turn off. But, at the same time, just external play was very enjoyable. Also, we found that their slogan may be “wet longer”, but it wasn’t quite true for us. Just the play on my boyfriend required at least 2, if not 3 re-applications. The lube is kind of thick, and doesn’t last comfortably for too long.

For $10, it wasn’t a horrible experience; but personally, I probably won’t be buying this again. It may just be my boyfriend and I having sensitive skin, I’m not sure, we never bought it after that. If you haven’t ever had problems with warming lubes like ours, you will probably enjoy this lube, but beware of having to re-apply a few times.

I have used other Wet products and have enjoyed them, so its probably more up to preference and personal experiences.
