I think the "mentha piperita" (peppermint) would probably accomplish the same without the added damiana and amino acids, though -- it's kinda like Altoids, but slippery.

Shunga Secret Garden is primarily billed as an arousal enhancer. It contains L-Arginine, which is a non-essential amino acid, that is often used in combination with yohimbine to treat erectile dysfunction. L-Arginine is necessary for the synthesis of nitric oxide, a vasodilator and critical ingredient in pharmaceuticals such as Viagra.
