Sensuous - oil by Kingman - review by ~LaUr3n~

I had over looked this oil mainly due to price. I figured something this cheap, would be like most things this cheap; not worth the money. Then, I had gotten a lot of massage oils, good ones at that. I figured that this oil, as good as the reviews were, couldn't be better than my existing stash of supreme ones. I was wrong! This oil runs with the best of them! It also has become a must have part of my tanning routine. I can seriously recommend it to anyone.

It contains all natural and very lovey ingredients which are free of L-Arginine, petro chemicals, parabens, and glycerin. It contains: Sweet Almond Oil, Safflower Oil, Sesame Seed Oil, Isopropyl Myristate, Avocado Oil, Myristate Propionate, Jojoba Oil, Macadamia Nut Oil, Kukui Nut Oil, Actiphyte of Rose Hip, Ginseng, Hawaiian White Ginger, Juniper Berry Fragrance, Evening Primrose, Jasmin, Sun Flower Petals, Rosemary, Lavender, Fragrance, and Pheromones.

This oil is very thin and runny, almost like vitamin D milk. Because it is really easy to rub in, this is not as big of a problem as other oils might be. A little goes a long way too! It is also easy to spread. It is smooth and never grainy, the perfect consistency for sensual massages. As long as you use the correct amount, this will also refrain from feels icky or greasy.

At first I was not too thrilled of the vanilla reminiscent scent. It is actually labeled as Passion Flower. It took a second use of this oil for me to really detect the underlying scents that make this much more unique than vanilla. It is probably the toughest scent I have had to describe. Remembering that it does remind me of vanilla, it also has a sort of grape seed oil, and sugar cookie dough smell. I want to eat it! It is strong enough to be smelled when being used, but not over powering. It dissipates with time, but still lingers faintly for hours. There is barely a taste to this. It doesn't taste good or bad.

As an oil, I was immediately impressed with how well this smoothed around, didn't feel sticky, and absorbed into the skin. It is incredibly light and airy on the skin too. A little bit of this oil, about a nickel size pool, can cover an entire back if you use it right. My partner really enjoyed this massage oil because it didn't not make him feel like he needed to shower. It also works wonders for hand jobs. I am not a huge believer in pheromones, but there is something about the scent that gets me in the mood when I smell it. My boyfriend did not feel the same sentiment, but was not at all turned off by the scent. For both of us, we felt silky smooth, hydrated, and sensual after using the oil on eachother. Never has the fun stopped there.

I have found another awesome use for this product though. I tan frequently, and it is imperative that I use designer skin products. These products are infused with things like silicone to hydrate the skin, reduce burns, and peeling. They do their job, but sometimes I still do peel a little. This oil is my buffer! Those lotions can sometimes cost $100 a bottle and are far too expensive to use just as a lotion. This oil is light enough that I can use it a few hours after tanning, or right after a shower to add an extra seal of moisture to protect my skin. It can go out right after smoothing it in and don't need any drying time. I love it!

The packaging is simple and effective. The oil, which is slightly tinted yellow-ish, is contained in a clear 4.5 ounce bottle. It has a snap down to open top which is easy to open and shut. Make sure it is shut all the way. It can leak otherwise. The bottle clearly states it is a massage oil, but it does not implicate sex. It has a pretty purple label with nice designs which makes it a great gift.

This product claims to have pheromones. I am doubting that it does, but their power is subjective.

Afterward, my partner and I did not feel like we needed to wash this off or not put clothes on.

Do remember that oil products cannot be used with latex condoms. They can degrade the material and reduce the safety of the condom.
