Wet pheromone - lubricant discontinued by Wet Lubricants - review by Kate

The first thing that drew my attention to this lube was the packaging. The colors popped out and grabbed my attention. Obviously I didn't buy it based on packaging alone. I bought it out of curiosity because I had never tried any pheromone products before. I've tried other Wet products and always found them to be good so I thought I'd give this one a try.

In the bottle this lubricant seemed to have a light floral scent; but after applying it, it smelled lightly of pine. Not really an attractive feminine scent in my opinion, but it wasn't overpowering at all which was a bonus. I'm sure it would have a different scent depending on the person. Now I used this lube for solo play so I can't really say the effect it would have when using it with a partner. I can only give my opinion on my likes and dislikes with this lube.

I didn't mind the scent of it because as mentioned, it wasn't overpowering. What I did find is that this lube gets extremely tacky within a short amount of time. I would say that not much is needed with this lube; however, since it got tacky after the first application, I applied more and that seemed to make it slick again for a very short amount of time. Within minutes it was back to being a tacky and sticky mess which for me was disappointing. The large bottle will last a while for me because I can only see myself using it if I am low on my favorite lube. Like I mentioned before, I have tried other Wet products before but this was probably my least favorite that I have tried so far. Clean up was a breeze, but the tackiness during play can lessen the mood.

I really think this lube is more of a novelty idea and I still don't like it. It's sticky and tacky and overall just not a great lube.
