Studio collection Cooling O balm - lip balm discontinued by The Screaming O - review by oopsy

This funky little balm is used for your lips or sexier places. While it functions, and looks like a regular lip balm, it works as so much more, and because its safe to apply anywhere, for him or her, it adds a little coolness to love making sessions! You can apply this cooling directly to naughty body bits, or to your lips for a more personal and gradual transfer of tingle. It's fun a adds i little spice to the bedroom, and it's very safe so this product is great for everyone!

It has a thick and grainy texture, similar to almond butter, or coconut texture. It is thick and almost grainy feeling on my lips, so I would never want to wear it out and about if I didn't have something real sexy planned. It's gritty and not at all smooth or luxurious to apply. It's a thick and spreads more like a scrub than a lip balm. It also leaves skin feeling dry and waxy if it's not cleaned up after use. my lips were so dry after I cleaned it all off with scrubbing that I wouldn't reccomend leaving it alone for too long.

It really feels oil based as well. Not a great residual feeling, and it gets melty feeling on your skin if left on too long or applied too heavily.

Studio collection Cooling o has a tingly minty taste and only a very faint minty smell. Its kind of a wintergreen mint, or peppermint taste, with a very chilling effect. The texture leaves something to be desired in my experiences.

It's fairly natural, so you don't have to worry about any toxins or weird reactions,
Ingredients: Soybean oil, coconut oil, shea butter, candelilla wax, cannabis sativa seed oil, peppermint oil, menthol, apricot kernel oil, simmondsia chinensis (jojoba) seed oil, Persea gratissima (avacado) oil, and tocopherol

This balm certainly cools things down and bit, and adds a bit of fun in the bedroom. It's ok overall though. My mind isn't blown. It's too overpowering for me if applied directly to my clit or really anywhere on my nether regions, and didn't do too much for me otherwise. It never burned or was painful mind you, it just sort of left me too numb to enjoy the rest of the snuggle time. My man liked me licking him down there with it on my lips, but it was not anything too special, and really more of a hassle to apply for the little effects it did have. Th waxy feeling left on my lips is also not worth the little bit of fun it provides in the first place.

The tingling lasted for a few minutes maybe 5 to 10 tops, and then just leaves that residue everywhere. If it's wiped off, the feeling leaves pretty quickly, so if you are sensitive, I wouldn't be too worried about this one.

I had a problem with the case of this one. It was in my purse for a few days, and it got knocked around a bit I guess, because the little clear plastic blue top fell off and into the balm. It was easy enough to pop back into place, but I would advise being careful to make sure it doesn't happen to you. There was a little sand in it and I had to wipe a bit of the balm out to clean it up.

On the plus side, the packaging is very discreet, it really looks like a plain old lip balm. It's quite sleek and fancy looking. It looks rather subtle and is about as big as the palm of your hand. Easy to store, and small enough to carry around, as long as you're careful.

I'm not too impressed with this product overall. It just kind of fell short of what I expected, left an unpleasant after feeling on my lips and the container wan not travel friendly at all, falling apart in my purse. The tingling is neat, but you can find better tingling products for less.
