Oh No, Jo.
This is a decent water-based lubricant that gets the job done for vaginal sex. For anal sex, it's a bit thin and needs reapplication that is inconvenient. And, sadly, the cooling properties of this one are vastly overstated. It's an okay lube, but nothing special.

extremely useful review
This is a water-based cooling lubricant meant for anal usage. Safe for vaginal play, or play with toys (safe for silicone plugs and dildos, y'all!) this is a versatile lubricant. This product would work well for men, women, and couples of any gender combination, and provides adequate lubrication for masturbation and sex.
Jo Cooling Lubricant is touted as being more viscous than Jo H20, and, having never tried regular Jo H20, I cannot speak to that claim, but I found that it was fairly thin with no more noticeable viscosity than other water-based lubricants I've tried.
The lubricant itself is quite slick, and you don't need a great amount to get good lubrication. It does dry up a bit fast and requires reapplication fairly consistently, making it a poor choice for using especially large toys or for activities that require long-lasting lubrication (this is probably not the best choice if you want to fist, for example). Because it doesn't last a long time I would advise against this for anal beginners.
It pours easily, and while it's a bit runny, it stays in the general region in which you place it. It's not very sticky even when it dries, which makes this perfect for quickies or for those late-night love sessions that leave you feeling like a pile of jello that doesn't want to get up to shower. Clean-up is easy: you just need a damp cloth to remove all traces of Jo, and that can be done in bed if you're too blissed out to move.
I must admit, Jo H20, you smell like Halls cough drops; the minute you pour a bit of this cooling lubricant out you immediately notice the underlying notes of menthol or eucalyptus. Luckily for you, if Jello is more your taste, it doesn't taste like a cough drop. It doesn't really have a distinguishable taste, but it's a bit sweet, and it makes your tongue tingle a bit. Likewise, if you find this on your lips, it'll make your lips tingle, too.
As a lubricant, this product was good for vaginal sex; it was fairly long-lasting, and never got tacky or sticky, no matter how much friction was applied. As a bonus to all of that, it did a good job lubricating.
Unfortunately it fell pitifully flat on the claims of cooling; the closest it came was making my lips tingle. I found that it didn't cool off at all, and about 10 seconds after application, I didn't even feel a tingle.
It comes in a small pop-top bottle, easy to open or close with one hand when it's dry, but a little tricky once it gets slick or lubricated.
It's not discreet or pretty, but it's functional.

I've started to like it more

This lube has really grown on me. Although it doesn't provide a lot of tingle, it does offer a bit of sensation when it's first applied. Since I use so much silicone, I've been using this as my primary lube, and... Well, it's not THAT bad. Not my first choice, but I haven't felt the need to buy a different one, for the time being.
