Pink Water
Pink Water is formulated especially for ladies. If you need a little extra lubrication down there for whatever reason, I'd highly suggest giving Pink Water a try. You can use it with toys and condoms, with a partner, or solo if you want! It's easy to clean and doesn't leave any annoying residue if you decide to just let it dry. Be careful though; this stuff isn't flavored and doesn't taste the best. Just remember to wipe it off with a warm washcloth before "going down", and you're all set.Published: February 27, 2011
Pros:
Realistic, long lasting, and easy to clean!
Cons:
It doesn't taste all that great.
This is a hugely popular lube in our shop. It feels so silky! It has amazing staying power for a water based lube, and because it's water based you can use it with toys and condoms too. Those looking for a basic lubricant that makes things more slick but isn't flavored or warming/tingling will be very happy with Pink Water. It does have an off taste to it, so I wouldn't suggest using it before you plan on participating in oral sex. If you do, cleaning it up as is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Just grab a clean washcloth and wet it with some warm water. Wipe off the lube, and you're ready for some oral fun! My partner can't taste it at all once I've wiped it off, so there's no weird tasting residue that sticks around after.
My partner is a big fan of this lube and even uses it solo with some of his toys. It's just a very realistic, silky lubricant. As with any water based lube, you can just add a little water when it starts to feel like it's drying up. You don't even need to add more lube! That means a small bottle of this stuff will go a decently long way.
Interested in lube with a little more pizazz? Pink makes a whole line of lubes specialized for women. Like I said, this lube is pretty popular with the gents too, so don't take the label too seriously or you'll be missing out. There's even a lube made especially for use with toys! Pink really has thought of everything with this line. When you're done using Pink Water, you just rinse it off or even leave it to dry. I've found I can't even tell that there was lube there if I let it dry. No sticky mess, nothing!

I love the Pink silicone, so I'm surprised to hear the water-based is no good.

Length?

Which lube do you find lasts the longest without getting gross?

System JO seems to work pretty good for water based lubes, Better Sex essentials is the best I have tried when it comes to Silicone based.

I love pink silicone. The stuff lasts forever, but if we're talking water-based, so far I've been liking Blossom Organics (which I think is only sold on their website), but I don't have tons of experience with the water-based stuff.

packaging

how much does packaging influence your purchase? for me, the gawdy and tacky packaging is a total turn off- even if it has high ratings! should you really judge a lube by its cover?

I agree, I tend to be turned off by ridiculous packaging. I like things to be nicely designed and I am definitely more inclined to purchase those sorts of things.

In general no I wouldn't be turned off a highly rated lube if I didn't like its packaging. I'm not buying it for what it looks like, I'm buying it for how it works.

Thank you for viewing Pink Water – lubricant review page!

Thank you for the review.
I do have some questions about this product.
Did you think the herbs and chemicals in this lube added to the appeal? Do you think they work as they are supposed to?
What is the viscosity of this lube, thick, medium, thin, water like?
What is is best for? PIV, toy play, does work for anal play or anal sex? Does it get sticky? How long does it last?
Inquiring minds want to know.
Keep on writing and playing.
