Premium Lube

If you're looking for something to add bit of moisture to get things started, or to use with your toys, this is a great choice, especially since it's water-based, so it's safe to use with most toys. However, it is not the best choice for PIV sex, anal, or hand jobs. It's just way too thin and dries too quickly. I, personally, will probably keep some handy, because it is my favorite lube to use solo. It's really easy to clean up, and even leaves my skin feeling kind of nice.

Use

I'd say this lube is best used for foreplay, or if you just need a little bit of extra moisture for your toys. It's really too thin for anal, and since it's water based it doesn't last long enough for my liking. I had to reapply several times during intercourse, and its absolutely useless for hand jobs.

This lube is very thin and watery, it runs all over the place, and it doesn't matter how much you use because it's still going to dry up pretty quick. I did like that it washed off easily, and didn't leave me feeling as sticky as some lubes do, so that's a plus. I do like to use it with my toys. It feels great when you first put it on. It's really silky and smooth.

Taste / Aroma

It kind of has a light fruity smell, but I only really noticed it if I got super close, like I was TRYING to smell it. The taste is the same sort of light fruity taste. It's not a bad taste, but it's not really pleasant either. I don't recommend you purposely use it to aid in oral, but it's not going to make you sick to taste it or anything.

Performance

During intercourse or anal the Premium Lube lasted about 5-10 minutes, hand jobs it lasted even shorter. So it's got a very short lifespan. I honestly gave up on using it for hand jobs because I spent more time applying it than I did doing the deed. It's still the first lube I reach for when I want to use my toys or masturbate, because it's all I need to get things started, and it's so easy to clean up. I usually feel perfectly clean after using a wet wipe or wash cloth, where with other lubes I pretty much have to get in the shower to feel clean.

Packaging

The bottle is not discreet at all. It says "Premium Lube" in big, bold letters, so don't leave it laying out on your kitchen table. Also, it's really easy to open. Too easy actually, so make sure you keep it stored upright or you might have a mess.

    • For me, yes. Since I've been on hormonal birth control, I produce much less lubrication and sex can be very uncomfortable without lube.
    • I don't know about that particular brand. But, yes, lube makes a big difference for me. I produce less natural lubrication sometimes due to medication. I was kind of embarrassed about carrying a little bottle of lube around in my bag starting in my 20's - afraid those poor male egos would be traumatized thinking they weren't turning me on. But without lube sex for me would often hurt & that's no fun for anyone.

      Also, some toys have a ton of drag. Even if I'm at a point where my natural lubrication would be fine for sex, it may not be fine for all my toys.
