My first impression of the Sensually Wycked natural heating lotion was trepidation, I'd used the KY warming lube, and wasn't too fond of it. Therefore I was slightly surprised to discover that this lotion didn't burn, in fact the sensation was quite pleasant.

It comes in a can, with a perfume type nozzle. I smelled the lotion before spraying it, and noticed a hint of cinnamon. I then pumped the nozzle a few times to spray a small amount of the lotion on my fingers. The smell was only slightly stronger than before I had sprayed; this was a good sign, as I'm not overly fond of strong smells.

I rubbed the lotion around with my fingers, and it felt simply like water, it did not feel greasy. The liquid did not warm in my hand, which both surprised and pleased me; maybe it wouldn't be too strong after all. I wiped my fingers off on my pants and noticed that it dried fairly quickly.

When we went to bed the night I received the lotion, my husband and I started teasing each other. My husband reached over to the nightstand and took the lid off the can, then moved between my legs. He sprayed a small amount of the lotion on my clit and began to rub it in. At first I felt nothing, and then just as he raised the can to spray a second time, I began to feel a tingling. A minute later there was a slight burning feeling; this lasted about a minute before turning into a strong cold tingling. My husband resumed teasing me, and I had a hard time enjoying it because the tingling was so strong.

When my husband first entered me, the tingling was more distracting than pleasing. I also began to feel the tingling deeper inside me. Though, as our lovemaking went on, and the lotion became diluted, it turned out to be quite pleasing. There was one point where I wasn't sure if I was dry, or if my clit was numb. At that point, my husband began to perform oral sex on me. I asked him later about the taste, and he said it wasn't bad; it had a slight cinnamon flavor.

Overall, using this product was fairly pleasant, though it provided a strong, cool tingling sensation rather than the heating sensation promised by the name. I would give this product 3 stars out of five.
