Wet heating massage lotion - lubricant discontinued by Wet Lubricants - review by Oggins

I ordered this lube, Wet Heating Massage Lotion|Wet heating massage lotion (Watermelon), because we were looking for a good water based lube to increase our oral as well as sexual pleasure. We went with a water based lube because we are currently having to use condoms for birth control and needed something latex friendly. We also wanted to try something flavored to add to our experience. We finally settled on this one and couldn't wait for it to arrive! When it did arrive, it was packaged carefully in a ziploc bag so in case of a spill, it wouldn't spill out on everything else.

We were curious as to how much lube we would actually receive because at the time, the description didn't state the quantity. Just so you know, it is a fairly large 8.6 oz. net. wt. bottle. The bottle states that it is 4-in-1 warming, massage, sugar free, body glide. The bottle also states the directions as: Apply as needed to enhance intimacy, provides a warming massage, or just enjoy a new warming sensation. Latex friendly. Harmless if ingested. Non-staining.

Ingredients: Glycerin, Natural and Artificial Flavors.

Warnings: Tamper evident, do not use if seal between bottle and cap is broken. Should any irritation occur, discontinue use immediately. Keep out of eyes and ears. For cosmetic use only. Store at controlled room temperature 59-86F. Very slippery, clean spills immediately. Once opened, bottle may leak if not stored upright. Keep out of reach of children.

Okay so, we did actually laugh at some of the warnings such as, for cosmetic use only....

As far as the bottle itself goes, it has a nice shape to it that is easy to grip. The flip top cap closes tightly and we have not had a problem with it spilling even when it isn't stored upright. Always a plus!

This lube is nice and slippery, not sticky and does produce a "warming" sensation. The warming sensation lasted until I was thoroughly aroused and at that point I really didn't notice it anymore but, I really don’t think I cared at that point....

The taste is also great compared to others I have tried. It does truly taste like watermelon! There was somewhat of an aftertaste when using this product but, nothing major or that bothered us much.

In my opinion, this is a great product to use if you need a flavored lube for oral sex|Perfect lube for oral sex lovers or just want to try something different. Because it is water based it is also latex friendly and can be used on pretty much any sex toy out there!

Now for the fun part! I flipped open the cap and squeezed a few drops of this lube on my hand and then rubbed it onto my husbands cock. He didn't really notice an immediate "rub it in and it feels warm" feeling but, he did feel a nice pleasant warmth when I blew on it but, not "hot". He found this to be quite exciting! I could also feel this sensation on my hand itself. It felt nice and slippery, not really sticky, just nice and slick. It also did in fact smell and taste like watermelon! It didn't taste like super sweet watermelon candy but, it did taste like watermelon just not super sweet. Much better than the medicinally flavored cherry lubes I've tried! There was a somewhat warming sensation on my tongue as well but, it wasn't too intense or totally numbing so it wasn't really a problem. It was in fact, kind of pleasant as well.

I had about the same opinion as my husband when it was used on me. I never did feel it get "hot" but, everyone is different and some people are more sensitive than others so, it might feel hotter to others but, so far, this is my favorite flavored lube because it does taste like watermelon as promised, is nice and slick, is condom compatible and does give off a nice warming sensation.

Cleanup was a breeze whether it was used on toys or ourselves because it is water based, it wipes away easily with a damp cloth. All in all it is a great product for couples as well as someone just looking for something different. It’s definitely worth a try!
