Taking Sliquid Swirl For a Whirl!
This is one body-safe, vegan friendly lubricant that I would refer all of my friends to use. While I have found other lubricants more appealing to the taste. Sliquid is my go-to lubricant for everyday personal use. It has a refreshing scent, and is well-liked by everyone I have presented it to.Published: February 4, 2011
Pros:
Vegan Friendly, Recyclable Container, Refreshing Scent
Cons:
Light Taste, Requires re-activation after vigorous thrusting.
Uniquely Blended to Emulate Your Body's Own Natural Lubrication
Sliquid Swirl is a somewhat thin lubricant. It isn't going to stay put long when applying, without dripping down your body or where ever you are applying. It isn't as thin as some lubricants on the market, but definitely not thick. Think of the title, Sliquid = liquid, thicker than water, but close to the consistency or thickness of a heavy cream.
Formulated to Last Longer than most Hollywood Marriages
As far as usage is concerned, this lubricant certainly lasts long enough to get the job done. But, when your nights of love are a little longer, it will dry out a little and becomes slightly sticky. To remedy this, just add a little water, saliva or your own personal lubrication to get this Sliquid flowing again. I have noticed that the lubrication from the lubricant tends to dry out after the vigorous activity starts to get heavy, which can be a pain to reapply in the middle of the heat of the moment, if you are one of the many women who have problems producing their own lubrication. If you produce your own lubrication, you may not have any issues with this lubricant wearing thin during the best part of your love making.
Created by Sensitive Women, for Sensible Women
Once you are finished with your pleasure, Sliquid cleans up easily with warm water or personal wipes. The flavoring and sweetener used in the product caused no irritation to myself or my partner, but as always - you should be cautious when using a new product. I have had no problems with my click top bottle leaking from the top of the lid or beneath the top.
Lemon Zest With a Hint of Grapefruit
The Swirl Line from Sliquid is scented/flavored lubricant, and I chose the pink lemonade. It was the most appealing that was in stock at the time. The smell is very reminiscent of Pink Lemonade; however, the taste is more an artificial sweetener and tastes nothing of Pink Lemonade.
The Sliquid Promise
Sliquid is well known for being a Vegan-Friendly product. This means that products are free of DEA, gluten, glycerine, glycerol, parabens, PEG, propelyne glycol, sorbitol, and sulphates. Most lubricants will include several of these ingredients. However, the list of ingredients on this bottle of lubricant from Sliquid are easy to read and pretty well known overall. The ingredients include: Purified Water, Plant Cellulose (from Cotton), Cyamopsis (Guar Conditioners), Lemon and Grapefruit Flavoring, Aspartame, Potassium Sorbate, and Citric Acid. Also, you better believe that Sliquid doesn't test on animals and believes greatly in recycling(they even remind you on the bottle.) This Lubricant is also friendly with pretty much everything because it is water-based.

Follow-up commentary
2 months after original review
I still love it. I am a huge fan of Sliquids. I have donated the remains of this bottle to a friend for her use, and she also loves it. This would have to be one of my 2nd favorite water-based lubricants of all time, and my very favorite Vegan-Friendly product.

Sliquid Swirl Lubricant

Just wondering if anyone knows how these lubricants work for someone who is really sensitive to lubricants? I've only tried one Sliquid product previously, but I really liked it, so just wondering!
-
It depends, what do you mean by sensitive? Are there certain items in a lubricant that cause you to itch, come out in a rash, or what? Hard to know unless you give us more detail.

To be honest, I don't really know what the problem is. I usually have no luck with any lubricants that are warming, cooling, tingling etc. They cause a lot of burning and itching. I just can't stand them! I haven't really tried any flavored lubes, because I didn't want to risk it. I've tried the organics line of the sliquid and I really like them (and they don't cause any discomfort), so I was debating about trying one of their flavored ones. Just to give it a go and see if it works.
