Thick lube stays put and lasts a long time!
I've tried a few different lubes and this is the thickest longest lasting one that I have used. It works great for anal and vaginal applications as well as for toys.Published: September 28, 2010
Pros:
long lasting, thick, versatile,
Cons:
stinginess can stick to cap
This product is a great all around lube. This is a water/glycerin based lubricant which means that it is safe for all toys and condoms. Some women might find that glycerin can cause problems so if you are sensitive to glycerin avoid this one. This works very well for both vaginal and anal applications, however in anal use a small reapplication may be necessary. This also is great to use with toys.
The texture of probe is extremely thick and stringy. When pouring from the bottle many times there is a string of lube leading from the bottle to wherever it is being applied. However due to its thickness it does stay put and does not run like many other lubes. It also stays put on sex toys rather than running off as well. It is long lasting and does not need to be reapplied most of the time.
Probe has no scent and no real taste. When in the mouth it is more of a feeling of texture than any real taste. This may or may not be off putting for some. This is also relatively easy to clean up and doesn't stain sheets. Using a damp washcloth takes care of any leftover lube on the body or hands.
The bottle is a white and pink plastic bottle with basic description and ingredient list. The top is a normal flip top. The ingredient list: Purified Water, Vegetable Glycerin (to retain moisture), Polyethylene Oxide (a stable, biologically inert polymer), Grapefruit Seed Extract (to prevent micro-organism contamination).
My partner and I have tried a few different brands of lube and this is by far our favorite. I like this one because it is versatile so I don’t have to think about which one to use in certain situations. This is long lasting and, due to the thickness, stays where we put it so it makes it easy to use. Also, not a lot is needed so the bottle last for awhile.

This is still one of my favorite lubes to use. It works great and is long lasting. For the price you cannot find a better lube in my opinion.

Vegetable Glycerin?
-
I've been trying to find a nice lube with safe ingrediants but so far i've found very few and even those have been question. I've read that Vegetable Glycerin is made from vegetable oil and is good for the skin. But i've read that Glycerin can cause skin irritant in some people and in concentrated solutions can damage the mucous membranes. Is there a deffernce with Vegetable Glycerin and just plain Glycerin? or is it the same thing? Is it safe enough to use in lubes? What other ingrediants should i be warry about?

Glycerin is glycerin no matter where it comes from. Calling it vegetable glycerin is an attempt to trick you into thinking its something different. It may have different impurities, coming from a different source, but its still glycerin.

Glycerine is a component that is found in ALL animal and plant cells (including your own cells).
By specifying vegetable glycerin, the manufacturer is only trying to convey that the source of the glycerin is vegan friendly to those who have such concerns. But the chemical itself is the same.
I included a write up of several lube ingredients that people often seek to avoid in one of my reviews (look under the Personal Comments section). I also included links to reliable resources for checking any chemical about which anyone might have concerns. Here's the link to the review: link
Perhaps the descriptions of the various ingredients might be helpful.

Great review. How is it for playing in the water?
Thanks for the review
good review, thanks!
I've used it in the shower, and it works really well as long as too much water isn't sprayed directly on it.
Good job!
